HistoryOS Intro — “Time Lattice Overlay for CivOS”

CIVOS.VERSION-CONTRACT (top-of-page lock box)

  • CivOS.VERSION = v1.0
  • CivOS.MODE = almost-code-canonical
  • CivOS.STATUS = canonical
  • CivOS.SCOPE = HistoryOS overlay
  • CivOS.COMPAT = additive-only
  • CivOS.DOES_NOT_REPLACE = Place×Lane×Zoom×Role×Type×ID

HISTORYOS.PURPOSE

  • HistoryOS = time-coordinate overlay that binds past trajectories to current Place/Lane directories.
  • Converts “history prose” into: TIME-NODES + BINDS → (PlaceIDs, LaneIDs, Phase shifts, Pipeline shifts)

HISTORYOS.ADDON-CODE (use the ACCS/PCCS pattern)

Call it TCCS (Time Civilisation Coding System) or HCCS (History Civ Coding System).
(You can keep the “CCS” family so Google sees continuity.)

HCCS / TCCS canonical code grammar

HCCS = [TS][TR][HOT][U][CONF]

Where:

  • TS = TimeScale ladder (TS0..TS5)
  • TR = TimeRange (numeric or alias mapped to numeric)
  • HOT = History Object Type (EVT|PRD|TRJ|SHK|REFORM|TECH)
  • U = uncertainty (X|A|D) → exact/approx/disputed
  • CONF = confidence (H|M|L)

Example codes:

  • HCCS.TS3.TR=18C.HOT=TRJ.U=A.CONF=M
  • HCCS.TS2.TR=1930s.HOT=TRJ.U=X.CONF=H

HISTORYOS.NODE-BLOCK (copyable)

HIS.NODE

  • HIS.ID = HIS.<PlaceID>.<LaneID>.<TS>.<TR>.<HOT>.<slug>
  • HIS.HCCS = HCCS.<...>
  • BINDS.PLACE = <PlaceID(s)>
  • BINDS.LANE = <LaneID(s)>
  • BINDS.SHIFTS = {phase|load|pipeline}
  • SENS = {sources|dispute|dating|sequence} (minimal)

HISTORYOS.BIND-VERB-WHITELIST

  • triggers
  • causes
  • contributes_to
  • enables
  • constrains
  • shifts_phase
  • shifts_lane_load
  • degrades_pipeline
  • repairs_pipeline

HISTORYOS.TIE-IN TO OLDER CIVOS ARTICLES (this is what isolates versions)

Add a “Legacy Bridge” section:

CIVOS.LEGACY-BRIDGE

  • Legacy.Topic = civilisation-definition-v0.x
  • Legacy.Topic = old-collapse-article-v0.x
  • Legacy.Topic = old-rise-decay prose pages
  • Canonical.Now = CivOS v1.0 + HistoryOS overlay
  • Rule: Legacy pages must point here as canonical time-overlay reference

(Then link the older pages from here, and add a banner on old pages pointing back to this.)

2) BioOS Intro — “Living World Lattice Overlay for CivOS”

CIVOS.VERSION-CONTRACT (top-of-page lock box)

  • CivOS.VERSION = v1.0
  • CivOS.MODE = almost-code-canonical
  • CivOS.STATUS = canonical
  • CivOS.SCOPE = BioOS overlay
  • CivOS.COMPAT = additive-only
  • CivOS.DOES_NOT_REPLACE = Place×Lane×Zoom×Role×Type×ID

BIOOS.PURPOSE

  • BioOS = living-world overlay for fauna/flora/fungi/microbes as:
  • stable identity spine (taxon)
  • interactions graph (real lattice)
  • place bindings (where it lives)
  • phase (BP0–BP3 stability)

BIOOS.ADDON-CODE (CCS family continuation)

Call it LCCS (Life Coding & Classification System) or BCCS (Bio CCS).
To match your style, I’d use LCCS.

LCCS canonical code grammar

LCCS = [TAX][RANK][ER][HAB][BP]

Where:

  • TAX = taxon key (latin stable)
  • RANK = species/genus/family/…
  • ER = EcoRole (PRD|HRB|DEC|POL|ENG|PAR|SYM)
  • HAB = Habitat bin (FOR|GRA|MAR|RIV|URB|DES|ALP|WET|REEF)
  • BP = BioPhase (BP0..BP3)

Example:

  • LCCS.TAX=panthera_tigris.RANK=sp.ER=PRD.HAB=FOR.BP=BP1
  • LCCS.TAX=apis_mellifera.RANK=sp.ER=POL.HAB=URB.BP=BP2

BIOOS.NODE-BLOCK (copyable)

BIO.NODE

  • BIO.ID = BIO.<TAX>.<RANK>
  • BIO.LCCS = LCCS.<...>
  • BINDS.PLACE = {native_to|introduced_to|migratory_through}: <PlaceID(s)>
  • BINDS.INTERACT = {preys_on|pollinates|hosts|infects|symbiosis_with|competes_with}: <BIO.ID>
  • SENS = {pop_trend|range_trend|habitat_integrity|threat_pressure}
  • PHASE = BP0..BP3

BIOOS.TIE-IN TO CIVOS LANES (optional but powerful)

This is where your CivOS becomes “whole world”:

  • BINDS.CIVLANE = FOOD (food webs)
  • BINDS.CIVLANE = HLT (vectors/pathogens)
  • BINDS.CIVLANE = EDU (curriculum knowledge units)
  • BINDS.CIVLANE = SEC (biosecurity)
  • BINDS.CIVLANE = TRN (live-animal logistics)

The isolation mechanism (the thing we asked for)

We isolate “current lattice” from older ones by doing three consistent moves:

  1. Every new page carries the CIVOS.VERSION-CONTRACT block (canonical signal).
  2. Every older CivOS page gets a top banner:
  • “Legacy / v0.x — See Canonical v1.0 here → [link]”
  • plus rel=canonical to the v1 page (or redirect).
  1. The new HistoryOS/BioOS intros explicitly include:
  • CivOS.COMPAT = additive-only
  • CivOS.DOES_NOT_REPLACE = ...
  • a CIVOS.LEGACY-BRIDGE list of the old pages

This gives Google a stable “new center”.
