Version: v1.0 (Public Probe Library)
Purpose: Provide concrete probes (prompts + pass/fail rules) for English, Mathematics, and Science across Primary and Secondary.
How to Use This Bank (Universal)
- Pick ONE subject and ONE narrow target skill.
- Run: Depth probe → Load probe → Transfer probe.
- Score D/L/T (1–5) and identify dominant failure.
- Route to repair loop (Depth / Load / Transfer).
- Retest after 7 days.
