HEALTHOS.10::PHASE ESTIMATION (NON-CLINICAL)

You can estimate phase from dashboard colors:

  • P3: mostly GREEN; occasional AMBER resolves quickly
  • P2: multiple AMBER; needs maintenance; no RED/TC
  • P1: persistent AMBER + VO; occasional RED; relapse loops
  • P0: repeated RED + TC steps; cascading failures

Rule: a single RED TC event overrides everything → treat as P0-risk boundary and run stop-loss.
