Waterway Point with a Baby | Nursing Rooms, Lifts and an Easy Stroller Route

Interior of Waterway Point shopping mall showing several levels.

Waterway Point lists nursing rooms and family amenities. For the nearest available nursing room or changing station, follow the family-facility signs or ask Customer Service at West Wing, Level 2. If you are arriving by train, take Punggol MRT/LRT (NE17/PTC), Exit A, for the mall connection.

With a stroller, plan by wing and level. Find the lift serving the venue you need, then identify a nearby place for a feeding or changing break. If you are coming for lunch or a specific errand, make that the one fixed stop and leave time to adjust if a lift or room is busy.

  • MRT: Punggol (NE17), Exit A.
  • Help desk: Customer Service, West Wing, Level 2.
  • Facilities: Ask which nursing room or changing facility is closest to your current wing and level.
  • Meetup: Share the building name, wing, level and shop.

Find a straightforward route from Punggol MRT

Use Exit A and follow the signs into Waterway Point. Find the level and wing for your first stop in the directory. A shop name and unit number give the best starting point because two people using different lifts can still meet at the same storefront.

Waterway Point and the Watertown development viewed from the outdoor promenade
Waterway Point has a waterfront side as well as a direct MRT connection. Locate the indoor route first if you are travelling with a stroller.

If you are arriving by car, check the mall’s visitor information for parking and drop-off directions. The mall lists family parking among its amenities. Once parked, note the parking level and nearest lift lobby so you can return to the right side of the building.

At busy times, agree on a place away from the lift doors where one adult can wait with the stroller while another checks the directory. If you have a booking, build in time for moving between floors. A meeting point at the final venue is often easier to communicate than a particular escalator or lift.

Locate nursing and changing facilities

Look for nursing or family-room signs near the facilities on your level. If you cannot see a sign, ask for the nearest room that is currently available from where you are. The West Wing Customer Service counter is useful for directions, and staff at a nearby venue may be able to point you to the closest signage.

Independent visitor guides have documented a nursing room at Basement 1. Treat that as a starting point and confirm access on the day, especially if you need a specific amenity. The mall’s listed family facilities include changing stations, kids’ shower rooms and potty seats. Ask which room has the facility you need before changing floors.

If a room is occupied, check for another signed option. Keep a small pouch with the items you need immediately so you can leave shopping bags or larger belongings with another adult if appropriate. After using a shared facility, leave the space ready for the next family.

Plan a short outing with a flexible finish

An appointment or meal with a fixed time

Go straight to the venue’s wing and level. Once you have located it, confirm the nearest lift and baby-care option. If the group wants to take a walk after eating, check conditions outside and agree on a short turnaround point.

A visit with a baby and an older sibling

Choose one simple stop for the older child, such as selecting a snack or looking at the water with an adult. If the baby needs a break, agree where everyone will regroup. Keep the second activity close to the fixed meeting point.

A wet-weather arrival

Use the mall connection and keep the visit indoors until conditions improve. Check the return route to the MRT before travelling to another wing. A single meal or errand can make a complete outing if everyone is ready to head home.
