Use the underpass from City Hall MRT
After tapping out, follow the station signs for Capitol Singapore at Exit D. Once inside the Capitol complex, look for Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski and follow the signs to your destination. The hotel’s directions identify the Arcade as the connection to the station.
If you have large luggage, check the lift signs at the station and in the complex. Ask for the hotel lobby if you reach a directory that lists shops and restaurants but does not show the check-in desk. For late arrivals, check any access instructions in your booking.
Find the right entrance for your plans
Hotel guests should look for the reception or lobby. Theatre guests should use the entrance specified by the event organiser. For a meal, check the venue’s name, level and whether it is in the hotel or the Arcade.
Send your party the actual venue name and a meeting point. ‘Kempinski hotel lobby, 15 Stamford Road’ gives visitors a clearer destination than ‘Capitol’ alone. If someone comes from Raffles City, share the same landmark so they can follow the underpass signs.
Arrive by taxi or meet a driver
Enter The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore and verify the 15 Stamford Road address in your app. If you need help with bags or a vehicle pickup, contact the hotel’s concierge and follow the hotel’s instructions for the driveway.
For a group with separate rides, agree whether to wait in the lobby or at the named venue. This is particularly useful when a theatre audience is arriving at the same time as hotel guests.
