Choose the branch by station and unit
For Waterway Point, follow Exit A from Punggol MRT and use the mall map for West Wing, Level 1. For Punggol Coast Mall, travel one stop farther north and use the Level 1 unit at 88 Punggol Way. Give the branch name and station code to anyone meeting you.
If one person is coming from SIT and another from the town centre, decide which branch suits the group before anyone joins a queue. The branches have separate addresses and booking details.

Din Tai Fung’s contact page lists Waterway Point reservations on weekdays from 11am to 5pm. For Punggol Coast Mall, it lists Monday to Thursday from 11am to 7.30pm and Friday from 11am to 5pm. Check the current policy and available times on the restaurant’s site, especially for public holidays.
A booking window and restaurant hours serve different purposes
A published booking window describes when reservations are offered for dining. A store’s operating hours describe its general opening period. If arriving near closing, confirm the current last order or seating arrangements with the branch.
Arrange an easy meeting point
At Waterway Point, send West Wing and #01-22. At Punggol Coast Mall, send 88 Punggol Way and #01-126/127. If the first person arrives early, agree whether they will wait by the unit or message the group with the current queue arrangement.
For a family with a cinema booking afterward, confirm the cinema level before deciding how long to spend over dinner. For a Coast branch visit after a campus event, allow time to walk from the actual SIT building.
