Jewel Changi Airport has a paid baggage storage service on Level 1. Jewel’s April 2026 fact sheet lists it as operating 24 hours. Check the current rate, accepted items and collection conditions before handing over a bag.
Early check-in is a different service on Level 1. It is available for selected airlines and flights. Use baggage storage if you want to collect your suitcase again before departure. If you want to check it in for the flight, confirm that your airline and flight are eligible for the early check-in service.

Find the Level 1 baggage storage service
If you arrive via Terminal 1, follow signs from the Level 1 Arrival Hall into Jewel and look for Baggage Storage. If you arrive on a link bridge from another terminal, use the Jewel directory to go to Level 1 first.
Ask for the current fee, storage duration and what you will need to present at collection. Make sure you understand the process before leaving the counter. Keep any receipt or collection information where you can retrieve it easily.
Choose storage or early check-in
Storage suits a visit when you need to get the bag back. You can leave it for an agreed period, explore Jewel and return to the counter. Check the conditions that apply to your bag and the collection time you need.
Early check-in serves eligible flights. Confirm the airline, flight and timing in Jewel’s current traveller information, then follow the check-in and bag-drop instructions for that service. A bag accepted by your airline is handled through the airline’s process rather than stored for you to retrieve at Jewel.
If you are deciding on arrival, check the flight eligibility first if you want early check-in. If it does not fit, ask about storage or keep the bag with you and use a shorter route through Jewel.

Plan the collection and the return to your terminal
Set a time to collect your bag before you start shopping or eating. Work backward from the airline’s departure instructions and include both the collection and the walk back. The Level 1 counter may be on a different floor from your final Jewel stop.
If you are meeting somebody who is still carrying bags, tell them whether to meet at the storage counter or at the activity. Before leaving for the airport terminal, check that each person has collected what they stored.
