Jewel Changi Airport lists Baby Care rooms on every level from Basement 2 to Level 4. Look for the Baby Care or nursing room symbol on the directory for your current floor. The rooms have changing stations, nursing cubicles and hot and cold water dispensers.
If you are visiting Canopy Park on Level 5, use the directory to find a room on Level 4 or another listed level. If you are already in an airport terminal, check that terminal’s facilities first so you can choose the nearest room.

Find a room from the Rain Vortex or a link bridge
Check the floor shown on your nearest directory, then look for the Baby Care symbol. If you have just arrived from a terminal, you may already be on a level with a room. Check that floor first before taking a lift.
When travelling with a stroller, use the lift signs if you need to change levels. Give anyone waiting for you the floor and a specific landmark so they can find you again.
What facilities are inside
Jewel lists nursing cubicles, diaper changing stations and hot and cold water dispensers. Bring the supplies you normally use, and follow the room’s signs for its shared facilities.
If a room is occupied, check the directory for another room on a nearby level. For directions, Jewel lists Experience Concierge counters on Levels 1 and 5.
Plan around your next stop
If you are heading to Canopy Park, consider making the Baby Care stop before going up to Level 5. If you have a flight later, save enough time to get from Jewel to the correct terminal after the stop.
Someone waiting elsewhere can meet you at a lift lobby or an agreed shop on the same floor. This is easier than using the Rain Vortex alone as a meeting point because it can be seen from several levels.
