Collect an online order

Check whether your confirmation specifies self-collection and names the Singapore Main Store. Keep the order number and any identification or confirmation the retailer asks for. Follow the readiness notice if the order was placed recently.

Once in the store, ask where to collect an online order if the confirmation does not name a counter. If you are sending someone else, check the retailer’s instructions before they travel.

Find a particular book

Save the title and author, or bring the ISBN if you need a specific edition. This helps the staff distinguish between translations, formats or school editions that have similar titles.

Check availability for the correct branch before going if the book is essential for your trip. If you are browsing, use the category signs and choose a meeting point before splitting up.
