Which address to use for shopping, dining or a hotel event
If your confirmation names a Mandarin Gallery tenant, use the mall address and the shop’s unit. If it names Hilton Singapore Orchard, use the hotel address and the venue listed in the confirmation. For restaurant bookings, compare the venue name before sending directions, since both parts of the development offer dining.
For a ride, check the address on the final booking screen. Someone arranging your drop-off may choose the right building name but a different entrance. Share the venue and ask for the operator’s current arrival instructions when access or walking distance matters.
How to walk from Somerset or Orchard MRT
From Somerset MRT, follow Exit B and the signs towards Orchard Road. Once you reach the street, use the gallery frontage at 333A Orchard Road as your destination. The gallery’s transport page estimates about six minutes from Somerset Exit B.
From Orchard MRT, the gallery recommends Exit 3. Use the signs towards Wisma Atria and Ngee Ann City, then continue to the street approach for Mandarin Gallery. The gallery estimates about ten minutes from this exit. A route through the station and nearby malls can take longer if you are looking for lifts or coming from the other line.
If you are already on the opposite side of Orchard Road, use the nearest designated crossing. For a bus journey, the gallery’s directions identify the stops it uses. Confirm the stop name and direction in a current planner before leaving.

Choose a meeting point that works for different arrivals
For a retail stop, send the shop name, level and Mandarin Gallery address. For a hotel event, send the exact venue name from the organiser along with the Hilton address. If you are meeting before a meal, agree whether to wait at the restaurant or somewhere else in the building.
A group can easily arrive by three routes, such as Somerset MRT, a bus and a ride-hail. All three can reach the same meeting point if you specify the floor. A message that says only ‘Mandarin’ may lead one person to a shopfront and another to the hotel.
If your plans change, send the updated location before people leave the station or the other entrance. A shared building photo is useful for orientation. A venue name and unit number are better for the last part of the walk.
