Find the City Hall Wing route

After entering the Gallery, look for the City Hall Wing on the directory. The former Supreme Court Wing has a separate floor layout. The Gallery map places both decks on Level 6 of the City Hall Wing.

If you need a step-free route, ask Visitor Services for the appropriate lift and use the signed connection from Coleman Deck. For a group meetup, name the specific deck rather than just the roof.

Choose which view to see first

At Padang Deck, look across the field towards the Esplanade and Marina Bay. It is a useful stop if you want to see how the open field sits between the civic buildings and the waterfront skyline.

At Coleman Deck, look towards St Andrew’s Cathedral. If you are comparing the two views, give yourself a moment to spot the older buildings on each side before heading back downstairs.

Fit a rooftop stop into a Gallery visit

If you mainly want a rooftop view, start with the decks and ask about any temporary closure. Keep a second choice indoors in case of rain or an event. The Gallery lists other free spaces in its visitor information.

If you plan to see a ticketed exhibition afterwards, check the separate admission rules for that show. The deck visit can be planned independently, even if visitors in your group want different exhibitions.
