How to find Oak Tree Living
From Botanic Gardens MRT, follow signs towards Bukit Timah Road and navigate to 501 Bukit Timah Road. Inside Cluny Court, use the directory for Level 2 and look for #02-06. If you are coming from the Gardens, use Bukit Timah Gate to return to this side.
If someone is meeting you to look at a piece together, send the unit number before leaving. For a Sunday visit, plan around the earlier closing time and leave enough room for any questions you want to ask in store.
What to measure before shopping
For furniture, note the width and depth of the space as well as the clearance around it. Also measure the route into your home if you are considering a larger item. A piece may fit its final position while being awkward to move through an entrance or around a turn.
For tableware or a decorative piece, note the size of the shelf, tray or tabletop. Take a picture in natural light if you want to compare colours. Ask staff whether the item on display is the one you would take home or a sample of a separate stock item.
Checking collection and delivery
If you need a particular finish, ask the shop to confirm the product and availability before travelling. For a large item, check the packed dimensions and whether delivery or later collection can be arranged before you pay.
For a gift, ask what packaging is available and keep the receipt. Confirm any exchange conditions at the shop, particularly if you are buying a piece for a space you have only seen in photographs.
