Find the 88 Punggol Way section
Get off at Punggol Coast, the stop after Punggol on the North East Line. Follow the wayfinding to the mall, then look up #01-119. If you are walking over from SIT, use the exact unit in your search because the campus and mall occupy several buildings.
When meeting someone already at the mall, send “Watsons, 88 Punggol Way, #01-119”. That gives them a better destination than the store name alone, especially if they entered near another tower.
Check the hours and the service you need
The mall directory gives 10am to 10pm. If you are making an early trip before class or work, compare that with your schedule. The branch’s opening hours describe the shop. Check the retailer’s locator for any particular service you need and confirm its hours separately.
If you need a specific item
Write down the product name, variant and pack size. A photo of the label can help you identify the item on the shelf. Check the retailer’s current product and store information before making a separate trip.
Collect from the branch named on your order
Watsons says store pickup applies when you select a designated shop for an eligible online order. If Punggol Coast Mall is offered at checkout and you select it, follow the instructions in your order confirmation. Wait for the email or SMS that says the items are ready.
Keep that message accessible when you arrive. If another adult will collect the order, read Watsons’ collection terms and share the documentation the retailer asks for.
Use the right Punggol MRT stop
