Find the Level 1 kiosk
Follow the station signs into Waterway Point and use the directory for East Wing Level 1. Look for #01-K06. Some older mall material omits the zero and writes #01-K6. Check the shop name and wing as well as the number.
If you are coming from the promenade, identify the wing before going to the kiosk. Share the full unit with a companion collecting on your behalf.
Choose a meal before ordering
Check the current menu for the rice or noodle options you want. If you are ordering for several people, note the main dish and add-ons together. A seasonal menu item can have different availability from the regular range.
Ask about ingredients if a dish needs to meet a particular dietary requirement. When collecting several boxes, check the labels so each meal goes to the right person.
Check the pickup window
The official ordering page includes several branches. Choose Waterway Point and verify that choice once more at checkout. Use the collection time offered for that kiosk instead of working from the mall’s general retail hours.
If you are going straight to the station after pickup, allow for the walk back from the East Wing. Send the order reference and ready time to anyone who is meeting you at the kiosk.
