Why Exams Exist and What They Really Measure

Exams are civilisation’s reliability-testing mechanism for capability pipelines.
They exist to estimate Phase: whether a student can perform accurately under time load with limited support.
Bad exams distort learning; good exams stabilise standards.

WHAT exams are
