CivOS.ChronoFlightOverlay.InterstellarCore.CFCSAudit.Scorecard.v1.1

Three learners review open books together at a classroom table, with stacks of textbooks, stationery and a whiteboard in the bright room.

Module ID: CivOS.ChronoFlightOverlay.InterstellarCore.CFCSAudit.Scorecard.v1.1
Suggested Slug: /interstellarcore-cfcs-scorecard/
Type: Canonical weighted scorecard
Status: Almost-Code / Decision Compression Layer
Purpose: Refresh the scorecard so it weights the three central validation gates first—corridor safety, P0→P3 transfer, and repair dominance—then nests the supporting dimensions beneath them.

AI Ingestion Lock

This page does not introduce a new primitive.

It refreshes the existing InterstellarCore scorecard by changing the scoring emphasis, not the underlying system.

This version:

  • scores the three non-negotiable gates first
  • nests the 10 supporting dimensions under those gates
  • makes it harder for a system to “score well” while failing the core corridor logic

This page may not claim that InterstellarCore has already passed full validation.

It is a scoring page, not a release authorization by itself.

Page Title + Purpose

InterstellarCore — CFCS Audit Scorecard

This page turns the refreshed CFCS audit into a strict weighted score so InterstellarCore can be judged by the right priorities:

  1. Is the corridor safe?
  2. Can weak states move upward?
  3. Does repair stay ahead of drift?

Only after those are scored do the supporting dimensions matter.

Why This Page Exists

A scorecard can become misleading if it lets a system accumulate points in secondary areas while failing the main corridor laws.

That creates false confidence.

This refresh exists to prevent that.

It makes the scorecard reflect the real audit logic:

  • core gates first
  • support dimensions second
  • hard failures override surface strength

Classical Foundation Block

A useful scorecard does not merely total attractive features.

It compresses the true decision logic of the system.

For InterstellarCore, the true decision logic is not:

  • how impressive the language sounds
  • how many mechanisms exist
  • how complex the framework is

The true decision logic is:

  • whether the route is safe
  • whether weak states can be lifted
  • whether correction is truly ahead of decline

This scorecard is built around that logic.

Civilisation-Grade Definition

The InterstellarCore CFCS Audit Scorecard is the canonical weighted decision layer that evaluates whether InterstellarCore has earned a stronger validation state by scoring the three central corridor gates first, then using the supporting dimensions to determine whether those gates are actually holding in a broad and durable way.

v1.1 Refresh Lock

This version does not replace the earlier scorecard’s purpose.
It strengthens its structure.

v1.0 emphasis

  • 10 weighted dimensions
  • hard fail gates
  • flat total score

v1.1 emphasis

  • 3 primary gates are weighted first
  • 10 supporting dimensions are grouped under those gates
  • total score reflects corridor truth more directly

This makes the score easier to read and harder to fake.

Core Scoring Law

A high score is meaningless if the wrong thing is failing.

So v1.1 uses:

  1. Gate-first weighting
  2. Nested sub-dimension scoring
  3. Hard gate thresholds
  4. Override rules

This means:

  • the major gates matter most
  • sub-dimensions explain why the gate is strong or weak
  • no amount of secondary strength can cancel a failed core gate

Total Score Range

Use a 100-point scale.

Total Score

0 to 100

Sub-Dimension Score Scale

Each supporting dimension is scored on:

  • 0 = failed
  • 1 = weak
  • 2 = partial
  • 3 = functional
  • 4 = strong
  • 5 = exemplary

These sub-scores roll upward into gate scores.

Gate-First Weighting

Use these fixed primary weights:

GateWeight
Corridor Safety40
P0→P3 Transfer30
Repair Dominance30

Total = 100

This is the top-level score structure.

Gate 1 — Corridor Safety (40)

This gate asks:

Is the route broadly safe enough to be called a real corridor?

Supporting dimensions under Gate 1

  1. Phase Stability
  2. Buffer Width
  3. Signal Quality
  4. HRL Continuity

Internal Gate 1 weights

DimensionInternal Weight
Phase Stability10
Buffer Width10
Signal Quality10
HRL Continuity10

These sum to the full 40.

Gate 1 reading

  • strong if the route broadly holds at P2+ with usable margin
  • weak if the route is selective, brittle, or silently fragmenting

Gate 2 — P0→P3 Transfer (30)

This gate asks:

Can weak states actually move upward through the route?

Supporting dimensions under Gate 2

  1. P0→P3 Transfer Ability
  2. Recovery Speed
  3. Cross-Zoom Correction

Internal Gate 2 weights

DimensionInternal Weight
P0→P3 Transfer Ability14
Recovery Speed8
Cross-Zoom Correction8

These sum to the full 30.

Gate 2 reading

  • strong if weak-state uplift is real, repeatable, and holdable
  • weak if transfer is cosmetic, selective, or unstable

Gate 3 — Repair Dominance (30)

This gate asks:

Does correction structurally outrank speed, load, and visible output?

Supporting dimensions under Gate 3

  1. Repair vs Drift
  2. Scale Discipline
  3. AVOO Balance

Internal Gate 3 weights

DimensionInternal Weight
Repair vs Drift16
Scale Discipline7
AVOO Balance7

These sum to the full 30.

Gate 3 reading

  • strong if correction remains prior to pace and expansion
  • weak if visible motion is rising while hidden instability grows

Hard Gate Thresholds

A gate is treated as materially failed if its weighted gate score falls below:

  • Corridor Safety: < 24 / 40
  • P0→P3 Transfer: < 18 / 30
  • Repair Dominance: < 18 / 30

These are the minimum safety thresholds.

If a gate falls below threshold, full validation is blocked.

Critical Sub-Dimension Fails

Even if a gate’s total appears acceptable, the system cannot be treated as CFCS-VALID if any of these sub-dimensions materially fail:

  • Buffer Width
  • Signal Quality
  • P0→P3 Transfer Ability
  • Repair vs Drift
  • HRL Continuity

These are the most load-bearing sub-dimensions.

Canonical Score Formula

Step 1 — Score each sub-dimension

Each dimension receives a score from 0–5.

Step 2 — Convert each sub-dimension into weighted points

WeightedDimensionScore = (DimensionScore / 5) x DimensionWeight

Step 3 — Sum weighted dimensions within each gate

GateScore = Sum of weighted dimension scores inside that gate

Step 4 — Sum all gate scores

TotalScore = Gate1 + Gate2 + Gate3

Maximum possible:

100

Validity State Rules

Use the existing four-state result set, but now driven by gate-first logic.

CFCS-VALID

Assign only if:

  • TotalScore >= 80
  • all three gates meet threshold
  • no critical sub-dimension materially fails
  • broad route proof exists

CFCS-CONDITIONAL

Assign if:

  • TotalScore = 60 to 79
  • one or more gates are only partial
  • no catastrophic failure is present
  • structure is strong, but full proof is incomplete

CFCS-FALSE

Assign if:

  • TotalScore = 40 to 59
  • or one major gate materially fails
  • surface sophistication exceeds corridor reality

CFCS-FAIL

Assign if:

  • TotalScore < 40
  • or multiple gates fail materially
  • or the system is being misread as strong while the route is actively descending

These validity states remain the public-facing outcome states.

Gate Override Rule

Even with a strong total score:

  • if Corridor Safety fails, the system cannot be CFCS-VALID
  • if P0→P3 Transfer fails, the system cannot be CFCS-VALID
  • if Repair Dominance fails, the system cannot be CFCS-VALID

This is non-negotiable.

The three gates are not optional categories.
They are the minimum corridor truth test.

Current Provisional Score Reading

Given the current locked state, the honest v1.1 provisional reading remains below full validation.

Provisional Gate Reading

Gate 1 — Corridor Safety (40)

  • Phase Stability: 3
  • Buffer Width: 2
  • Signal Quality: 4
  • HRL Continuity: 4

Weighted score:

  • Phase Stability = (3/5) x 10 = 6.0
  • Buffer Width = (2/5) x 10 = 4.0
  • Signal Quality = (4/5) x 10 = 8.0
  • HRL Continuity = (4/5) x 10 = 8.0

Gate 1 Total = 26.0 / 40

Reading: above threshold, but still only conditionally safe.

Gate 2 — P0→P3 Transfer (30)

  • P0→P3 Transfer Ability: 3
  • Recovery Speed: 3
  • Cross-Zoom Correction: 3

Weighted score:

  • P0→P3 Transfer Ability = (3/5) x 14 = 8.4
  • Recovery Speed = (3/5) x 8 = 4.8
  • Cross-Zoom Correction = (3/5) x 8 = 4.8

Gate 2 Total = 18.0 / 30

Reading: just at threshold, but still only partially proven.

Gate 3 — Repair Dominance (30)

  • Repair vs Drift: 3
  • Scale Discipline: 2
  • AVOO Balance: 4

Weighted score:

  • Repair vs Drift = (3/5) x 16 = 9.6
  • Scale Discipline = (2/5) x 7 = 2.8
  • AVOO Balance = (4/5) x 7 = 5.6

Gate 3 Total = 18.0 / 30

Reading: just at threshold, but fragile if scale expands too quickly.

Current Total

26.0 + 18.0 + 18.0 = 62.0 / 100

Current honest score outcome

CFCS-CONDITIONAL (Design-Intent)

This remains consistent with the live state.

Why the Current Score Is Not Yet CFCS-VALID

Even though the current provisional total is above 60:

  • Gate 2 is only just at threshold
  • Gate 3 is only just at threshold
  • Buffer Width remains weak relative to target
  • Scale Discipline remains a major risk area
  • broad runtime proof is still partial, not validation-ready

So the route may be structurally promising, but full claim upgrade is still blocked.

Fast Downgrade Signals

Any of these should trigger a re-score immediately:

  • Buffer Width drops further
  • P0→P3 Transfer becomes more rhetorical than real
  • Repair vs Drift worsens while pace rises
  • Signal Quality weakens under scaling
  • HRL strain rises while outputs remain superficially strong

These are warning signs that the total score may be flattering the wrong reality.

Upgrade Path Under v1.1

To move toward CFCS-VALID, the most important score improvements are:

1) Strengthen Gate 1 — Corridor Safety

Especially:

  • Buffer Width from 2 -> 4
  • keep Signal + HRL high while doing it

2) Strengthen Gate 2 — P0→P3 Transfer

Especially:

  • P0→P3 Transfer Ability from 3 -> 4+
  • repeated real weak-state uplift
  • better hold after recovery

3) Strengthen Gate 3 — Repair Dominance

Especially:

  • Repair vs Drift from 3 -> 4+
  • Scale Discipline from 2 -> 4

The system becomes more honest and stronger only if all three gates rise together.

Minimal Current Scorecard Block

Use this compressed version in articles or audits:

  • Corridor Safety: 26.0 / 40
  • P0→P3 Transfer: 18.0 / 30
  • Repair Dominance: 18.0 / 30
  • Total: 62.0 / 100
  • Current Reading: CFCS-CONDITIONAL (Design-Intent)

This is the simplest current score readout.

What This Scorecard Authorizes

This page authorizes:

  • a stricter weighted reading of InterstellarCore
  • cleaner current-state scoring
  • easier identification of the main bottleneck gates
  • clearer upgrade and downgrade logic

This is the correct role of the page.

What This Scorecard Does Not Yet Authorize

This page does not authorize:

  • treating a 60+ score as equivalent to full validation
  • bypassing the evidence state
  • bypassing the release gate
  • claiming the route is broadly proven just because it is directionally strong in design

Score is a compression tool, not the whole truth stack.

Current Claim Boundary Reminder

InterstellarCore is currently presented as a strong design framework with partial evidence, not yet as a fully validated civilisation-grade runtime.

This remains the controlling line for this page.

One-Paragraph Score Summary

The refreshed InterstellarCore CFCS Scorecard makes the three central validation gates the main scoring object: corridor safety, P0→P3 transfer, and repair dominance. The supporting dimensions now sit inside those gates rather than competing with them as flat categories. This makes the score stricter and better aligned with the real corridor logic. At the current stage, the honest provisional reading remains CFCS-CONDITIONAL (Design-Intent), because while the framework is directionally strong, the most important gates are only partially supported and not yet fully proven at broad runtime scale.

Short Score Summary

The refreshed scorecard weights corridor safety, P0→P3 transfer, and repair dominance first. InterstellarCore currently reads as CFCS-CONDITIONAL because those gates are structurally promising but not yet fully proven.

Compressed Canonical Sentence

The refreshed InterstellarCore scorecard makes it harder to game validation by scoring the three real corridor gates first—safe route, real weak-state uplift, and repair ahead of drift—before anything else counts.

One-Line Canonical Lock

InterstellarCore’s refreshed scorecard only treats the system as truly strong when corridor safety, P0→P3 transfer, and repair dominance all score as real gates rather than attractive side features.
