Collapse Signature Index — Canonical Failure Patterns in Education and Civilisation

Three learners review open books together at a classroom table, with stacks of textbooks, stationery and a whiteboard in the bright room.

What This Page Is

This is the official ontology registry of collapse patterns used by Education OS.

It defines the repeatable failure sequences that cause:

  • student stagnation
  • school decline
  • institutional corruption
  • national education collapse
  • civilisation-level regression

These are not opinions.
They are structural failure loops that repeat across history.

When these signatures are detected early, collapse can be prevented.

How to Use This Index

If any system shows multiple signals from a signature, Education OS must be executed immediately using the Kernel Loader format.

This index allows:

  • early-warning detection
  • correct recovery mode selection
  • prevention before irreversible damage

The Canonical Collapse Signatures

Why This Registry Matters

Collapse does not arrive as a cliff.
It arrives as named loops.

When societies lack names for failure loops, collapse feels random and unavoidable.
With this registry, collapse becomes detectable, diagnosable, and preventable.

This is how Education OS converts philosophy into governable engineering.
