Three students in school uniforms work through open books at a classroom table, with textbooks and stationery nearby and study notes on the whiteboard behind them.

For class enquiries: start with the student’s current level, subject, main learning concern and—if possible—what recent schoolwork is showing. eduKateSG can help clarify the learning job and route the enquiry, while current class delivery, fees, schedules and availability belong to the relevant local or specialist implementation owner.

Current class routes

For current Punggol classes and consultation, use eduKatePunggol. For Sengkang local teaching, use eduKateSengkang. For specialist Bukit Timah Mathematics and Additional Mathematics implementation, use Bukit Timah Tutor.

Class size, tutor assignment, fees, timetable, support channels and availability can change. Confirm those operational details with the current implementation owner rather than relying on older timetable, phone or location references elsewhere on the web.

What to include in your enquiry

  • Student level: for example Primary 4, Primary 6, Secondary 2 or Secondary 4.
  • Subject: English, Mathematics, Science, E-Mathematics or Additional Mathematics where relevant.
  • Main concern: what is currently difficult?
  • Recent evidence: approximate marks, recurring errors or teacher feedback.
  • Goal: catch up, stabilise, prepare for an examination or move ahead.
  • Scheduling constraint: school, CCA or other fixed commitments that matter.

A useful enquiry is more specific than “How much is tuition?”

Fees and scheduling matter, but they are only useful after the class is plausibly a good fit. Two students at the same level can need very different teaching. One may have a narrow weak topic; another may need broader rebuilding; another may already be academically stable and need only examination execution practice.

A small amount of context helps us avoid recommending unnecessary support.

If you have a recent marked paper

A recent marked paper, composition or school worksheet can be useful because it shows more than a final score. It may reveal whether the problem is conceptual, procedural, linguistic, accuracy-related, transfer-related or mainly caused by exam execution.

You do not need to prepare a formal report. A short description of the recurring problem is enough to begin.

The eduKate small-group teaching model

Where a three-student small-group format is currently used, its purpose is observational resolution: the tutor has enough visibility to see how a learner approaches work, where the first weak step appears and whether a correction later transfers independently. The exact class format should be confirmed with the implementation owner.

For the teaching rationale, read How eduKateSG Small-Group Tuition Works. If you are unsure which site owns the next practical step, use the eduKate Ecosystem Hub before sending operational details to the wrong route.
