Education OS Loader v1.0

Copy-Paste Prompt for Any AI System

How to Use

  1. Copy the “Loader Prompt” below into any AI.
  2. Paste your scenario after “SYSTEM INPUT”.
  3. The AI must return the 7 blocks exactly.
If it cannot, it must ask for missing inputs.

Loader Prompt (Copy-Paste Exactly)

Education OS Kernel v1.0 Execution Required

This diagnostic must be executed strictly using Education OS Kernel v1.0.
If any required block cannot be completed, stop and request missing inputs.

KERNEL AXES (Immutable):
D (Depth), L (Load), T (Transfer), O (Outcome), H (Cohesion), M (Alignment), e (Environment), t (Time)

MANDATORY OUTPUT FORMAT (7 blocks, no extra sections):

Block 1 — System Boundary
Block 2 — D/L/T Score Table (0–5, one-line justification each)
Block 3 — Binding Constraints (e) (top 2 hard ceilings)
Block 4 — Trajectory Physics (t) (rise → stall → regression → lock-in)
Block 5 — Failure Signature (D-FAIL / L-FAIL / T-FAIL)
Block 6 — Recovery Mode (choose exactly one: Depth Repair OR Load Repair OR Transfer Repair)
Block 7 — Retest Probe (measurable proof of improvement)

SYSTEM INPUT:
[Paste the scenario here]

What Counts as “Executed”

Executed means: the output contains all 7 blocks, includes D/L/T scoring, names binding constraints, selects a single recovery mode, and defines retest probes.

Canonical Education OS Run (Example)

Primary 6 Student Stalling in English Writing (EduKate Context)

Block 1 — System Boundary

System: One Primary 6 student preparing for PSLE English Composition Writing over 12 weeks.
Included: vocabulary depth, sentence crafting, planning process, feedback cycle, motivation, home study routine.
Excluded: unrelated subjects, long-term life outcomes beyond the 12-week window.

Block 2 — D/L/T Score Table (0–5)

D (Depth): 2/5 — Vocabulary and sentence control are shallow; ideas repeat; limited “show, don’t tell” execution.
L (Load): 2/5 — Under timed writing and teacher feedback pressure, performance drops and avoidance rises.
T (Transfer): 1/5 — Skills learned in practice do not transfer into exam-style prompts or new themes.

Block 3 — Binding Constraints (e)

  1. Time constraint: only 12 weeks, with limited daily practice time.
  2. Attention constraint: inconsistent routine at home; competing activities reduce repetition frequency.

Block 4 — Trajectory Physics (t)

Rise: Student improves in isolated drills (vocabulary lists, sample phrases).
Stall: Improvement stops when asked to produce full compositions independently.
Regression: Timed practices trigger weaker structure and simpler language; confidence dips.
Lock-in risk: If the student repeats “drills without transfer,” the plateau hardens and anxiety becomes the stable state.

Block 5 — Failure Signature

Primary failure: T-FAIL (Transfer failed first).
Reason: The student can perform in guided practice but cannot reproduce the skill under new prompts and time pressure.

Block 6 — Recovery Mode

Selected recovery mode: Transfer Repair.

Block 7 — Retest Probe

Retest must be measurable and repeated weekly.

Probe A (Transfer under novelty):
Each week, write 1 full composition on a brand-new prompt (never practiced), 35 minutes, no template.
Pass condition: Structure is complete (intro, body, ending), and at least 6 targeted vocabulary/phrases are used correctly.

Probe B (Transfer under pressure):
Two timed practices per week with a strict 5-minute planning limit.
Pass condition: Planning is visible (simple outline), and content stays coherent without collapsing into short, repetitive sentences.

Probe C (Transfer across themes):
Rotate themes weekly (e.g., kindness, perseverance, conflict, surprise).
Pass condition: The student can apply the same “show, don’t tell” technique in all themes, not only one.

If probes pass for 3 consecutive weeks, raise D/L/T scores by +1 on the axis that improved and re-run the kernel.
