Summary (LOCK)

Verification Circuits convert raw signals into Phase-stamped claims (P0–P3) and block any action that is driven by rumor, narrative, or untracked assumptions.

This is the rail system that turns frontier models into Phase-safe operators.

Z-level

Z6 (Governance / Meta-control).
This page defines what is allowed to become “actionable.”

1) Phase definitions (P0–P3) (LOCK)

P0 — Unverified

single source or unknown provenance
no serialization into registers
“model thinks” without anchors

Allowed: monitor only
Blocked: any trade / allocation

P1 — Plausible (Weak)

some evidence, but incomplete
may be Z5 narrative only
missing triangulation or mechanism binding

Allowed: watchlist; optional EXP probe only if pre-budgeted
Blocked: scaling, leverage, allocations

P2 — Verified (Actionable)

evidence triangulated OR primary source
serialized into EVENT/DATA/ISSUER updates
at least one Z0–Z4 anchor (not Z5-only)

Allowed: trades within limits + exits
Blocked: strategic allocation unless P3 or explicit policy

P3 — Robust (Stable under variation)

survives contradiction tests
stress path defined
explicit disconfirm tests + downgrade triggers
mechanism holds across cycles

Allowed: allocations + scaling (still subject to sensor gates)

Hard law: No action without a CLAIM.

3) VERIF Pack (Gates) (LOCK)

VERIF-01 — Two-source triangulation

Rule: P2 requires ≥2 independent sources
OR one primary source (SIS=S3) + serialization.

VERIF-02 — Z-Separation gate

Rule: If zoom_basis = {Z5 only} → phase capped at P1.
To reach P2, must include ≥1 anchor from Z0–Z4.

Hard constraint: Z5-only cannot trade.

VERIF-03 — Evidence serialization gate

Rule: A claim cannot be P2 unless it creates/updates at least one:

FIN×EVENT or
FIN×DATA or
COM×ISSUER/ORG update

If it isn’t in the directory, it doesn’t exist.

VERIF-04 — Revision awareness gate (macro/data)

Rule: If a series can be revised, the claim must declare:

revision_state {initial|revised|final}
Else cap at P1.

VERIF-05 — Contradiction injection (P3 requirement)

Rule: To reach P3, the claim must list ≥2 disconfirm tests:

“If X happens → downgrade”
“If Y occurs → invalidate”

This prevents narrative lock-in.

VERIF-06 — TTC safety gate

Rule: If TTC=D, then:

raise required phase by +1 or
force truncation controls before any action.

4) Source Integrity Score (SIS) and Action Constraints

S0 untrusted
S1 weak
S2 credible
S3 primary

Constraints (LOCK)

SIS≤S1 → no trades, watchlist only
SIS=S2 → P2 only with triangulation
SIS=S3 → P2 allowed with serialization + sanity check

5) Action Permission Matrix (LOCK)

P2	trade within limits + exits	strategic allocation without policy
P3	allocation + scaling	none (except sensor overrides)

6) Sensor Overrides (portfolio safety always wins)

If any of these are true:

VOL=V3
CMS≥C2
TTC=D
budget breach

Then:

block scaling
invoke PLAYBOOK-TRUNCATE
downgrade Z5-only claims automatically

7) Hard Law Box (publish as a callout)

No Z5-only trading.
If the thesis is driven primarily by narrative, headlines, or sentiment (Z5), it cannot exceed P1 and cannot trigger trades.

Exception: pre-authorized hedges that reduce risk under truncation mode.

9) Failure mode trace (required)

Z5 headline → SIS ignored → no serialization → claim treated as P2 → action taken → TTC collapses → forced error.
Repair: VERIF-02 caps at P1 → VERIF-01 forces triangulation → VERIF-03 forces register updates → TTC gate triggers truncation.
