If you keep losing marks because you misread questions, build a question-reading routine instead of relying on concentration alone. Many misreads happen because the learner sees a familiar topic and begins answering before fully processing the command, target, conditions, or limits in the wording.
Before answering, identify four things: what the question is asking you to do, what exact idea or quantity it targets, which conditions or data matter, and what form the answer must take. Underline or mark only the decisive words rather than colouring the whole question. Then restate the task briefly in your own words before beginning.
