Thresholds
Level 1: Strong regulation
Stable routines, consistent behaviour, high delay tolerance
Level 2: Functional regulation
Mostly consistent, occasional slips
Level 3: Weak regulation
Inconsistency common, routines break under stress
Level 4: Low control
Impulses dominate, cycles of avoidance and panic
Level 5: Regulation breakdown
Cannot sustain effort, cannot recover reliably, instability rises fast

Track 14 days:
