Phase Transitions — The Jump Rules

This page defines how systems move up (0→1→2→3) and how they fall back (3→2→1→0). Phase transitions are controlled by loop quality, not intent.

Moving Up

Phase 0 → Phase 1

Stabilise the system until it is testable. Then probe.
Core engine: https://edukatesg.com/uld

Phase 1 → Phase 2

Only after the failure mode is removed and verified by retesting.
Performance build: https://edukatesg.com/phase-2-distinction-build

Phase 2 → Phase 3

Only after repeatable distinction exists, then add drift control.

Falling Back (Severity-Based)

  • Minor drift: Phase 3 micro-repair.
  • Repeated corridor exits: Phase 1 diagnostics.
  • Severe instability: Phase 0 stabilisation.
