flattened into human history or duplicated independently inside every regional

Runtime ruling

The latest accessible canonical release located during this build is Runtime
V3.0. No later published global runtime was confirmed. This object therefore
does not invent Runtime V3.1. It binds to V3.0 and adds a scoped substrate
profile whose fields are required by material, geographical, hydrological and
living-system objects. A later canonical runtime may absorb, amend or supersede
this profile through the append-only patch authority.

Civilisation is normally described through what humans made.

A civilisation therefore does not merely stand on land. It executes inside a

declared their common ancestry and before every operating-world article is
complete. They must, however, inherit the Microbial, Fungal, Soil and Ecology
interfaces as queued dependencies rather than pretending those interfaces do
not yet exist.

The Substrate Atlas is therefore the control tower beneath the Atlas.

It lets civilisation be traced downward into the worlds that carry it and lets
the consequences of civilisation be traced back into those worlds.

That is the architecture required before Plant World, Animal World, Flora,
Fauna, Water, Material, Geography and Ecology can be built as one interoperable
system rather than several neighbouring encyclopaedias.
