Singapore EducationOS Stack (EDU.SGP) — Unified Spec v0.1

EducationOS → SchoolOS → TuitionOS

Purpose: A reference-grade Education stack for Singapore that treats education as a regeneration pipeline over time, not a syllabus.
This page wires capability regeneration ↔ institutions ↔ outcomes using the same CivOS mechanics you’ve already locked for Health.

CORE CLAIM (LOCK)

Education is the civilisation pipeline that converts time into capability.

If EDU.S01 or EDU.S03 exceeds safe bounds, route to TUI.L01–L04.

Contract E3 — EducationOS owns transfer

Marks improve without transfer ≠ stability. EDU.S04 must be addressed explicitly.
