What Does the Jewel Canopy Park Ticket Include? | Level 5 Attractions and Add-Ons

Jewel Changi Airport interior with roof structure, foliage, waterfall, glass-floor bridge and Skytrain passing through the dome.

A standard Jewel Canopy Park ticket covers four attractions on Level 5: Discovery Slides, Foggy Bowls, Petal Garden and Topiary Walk. The Mastercard Canopy Bridge, Hedge Maze, Mirror Maze, Bouncing Net and Walking Net each have their own admission options. Several of those tickets already include Canopy Park entry, so check the package before buying twice.

Canopy Park is on the highest public level of Jewel Changi Airport. If you are coming from one of the airport terminals, follow the signs to Jewel first, then go up to Level 5. Check the height rules and baggage restrictions for the specific attraction you want to use.

  • Basic ticket: Discovery Slides, Foggy Bowls, Petal Garden and Topiary Walk.
  • Bridge, mazes and nets: check the individual ticket or bundle.
  • Discovery Slides: minimum height of 110 cm.
  • Canopy Park is on Jewel Level 5. The last admission is normally 30 minutes before closing.

Choose a ticket based on what you want to do

The basic ticket works for a visit centred on the gardens and gentle play. Start with Topiary Walk or Petal Garden if you want to spend most of your time looking around. Foggy Bowls gives children a place to play among low clouds of mist. Discovery Slides is included, subject to its height and other entry rules.

If your main reason for going is a net, maze or the glass bridge, open the page for that attraction first. Look for the line that lists Canopy Park admission as included. If different members of your party want different attractions, compare a basic ticket plus individual attraction tickets with a bundle before checking out.

Canopy Park, the bridge and the free Rain Vortex areas

The Mastercard Canopy Bridge is a specific paid attraction, so follow the signs for it after reaching Level 5 if that is what you booked. Jewel’s general concourses also have views of the Rain Vortex. You can see the waterfall from public areas without using a Canopy Park ticket.

If you only have time for a photo of the waterfall, make the public viewing area your main stop. If you are coming to try the slides or another attraction, go to the relevant admission point and keep the booking confirmation available.

Check shoes, bags and last admission

Jewel recommends covered shoes and pants or shorts for Discovery Slides and lists restrictions on luggage and wheeled bags there. The nets have their own footwear and entry requirements. Check these before buying for a child or planning to come straight from the airport with luggage.

The park normally opens at 10 am. Jewel lists later closing on Fridays, weekends, public holidays and their eves than on Mondays to Thursdays. Individual attractions can have different hours. Check the live page for the day you are visiting, especially when you arrive late.
