How to use the haircut queue
Check the current queue in kcutsGO before buying a ticket. The operator explains that the app lets you monitor the queue while you run another errand. Stay close enough to return when your turn is approaching. If you are visiting near closing, check whether tickets are still available before making a special trip.
The mall describes a quick haircut service. The time spent in the chair and the time spent waiting are separate. For a haircut before class or an appointment, work backwards from the time you need to leave the mall.
What to tell the stylist
Describe how much length you want removed on the top, sides and back. A reference photo can help if the style is unfamiliar. If you mainly want a trim, say which parts you want to keep longer.
kcuts describes its service as a haircut and says it does not provide hair washing before the cut. Check the service information if you are looking for something beyond a haircut.
