Marina Bay Sands has two designated hotel pick-up and drop-off points. Use Sheares Link for Hotel Tower 1 or Bayfront Avenue for Hotel Tower 3. If your hotel reservation names a tower or lobby, select that exact stop in your ride app and repeat it to the driver before setting off.
The resort’s general address is 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. It is useful for finding the resort, but a tower number and the street name are more useful when you have luggage, are meeting someone, or are booking a car from the hotel. For the MRT, Marina Bay Sands lists Bayfront exits C and D for hotel access.
- Hotel Tower 1: Sheares Link, outside Tower 1.
- Hotel Tower 3: Bayfront Avenue, outside Tower 3.
- Bayfront MRT: use the official hotel directions from exits C or D.
- For meetings and pickups: share the same tower, street and side of the building with everyone.

How to give your driver the right drop-off
Use the wording “Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 1, Sheares Link” or “Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3, Bayfront Avenue.” Ride apps may display several resort pins, including The Shoppes, the Expo and Convention Centre and hotel entrances. Check the tower and street against the directions page if two pins look similar.
If your reservation or hotel message does not name a lobby, check with the hotel before selecting a stop for a specific check-in or service. If you are meeting someone who is already there, ask them to send the tower number from the lobby signage. A matching map pin is useful, especially when one person is arriving by car and another is coming from the MRT.
For a pickup, have the whole group reach the chosen bay before requesting the ride. If you are already outside Tower 3, send the Tower 3 pin instead of copying the destination used earlier in the day. Tell the driver about any last-minute change through the app.
How to arrive on the MRT with luggage
Bayfront is served by the Circle and Downtown lines. Follow the hotel signs for exits C or D, then use the lobby signage to orient yourself. If you need a lift or a step-free route, check the station and resort signage on arrival and ask staff which route fits your destination.
The resort’s FAQ lists a Bell Desk in both Tower 1 and Tower 3 lobbies for hotel guests who need to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. Check with the hotel if your bags are unusually large or if you need to collect them at a particular time.

How to avoid mixing up the hotel, SkyPark and convention centre
A person going to a conference should use the venue and entrance named by the organiser. For shopping or a restaurant reservation, check the business’s unit or meeting point within the resort. Hotel drop-off is the right search phrase when the hotel lobby is the destination.
Visitors heading to the SkyPark Observation Deck should follow its ticket and entrance instructions. The Observation Deck approach is associated with Tower 3, so it is worth giving the full attraction name to your driver instead of assuming that any hotel drop-off is equally convenient. The dedicated SkyPark guide below covers that approach.
For a family with more than one booking, share a simple itinerary with the lobby, restaurant or attraction name on separate lines. That makes it easier for each person to use the right pin and gives the group a reliable meeting point if you get separated.
