Go from the MRT to Level 4
City Hall MRT is a convenient starting point. Follow the Raffles City signs from the station and use the complex directory for the convention centre. If you arrive from Esplanade MRT, follow the route into Raffles City before looking for Level 4.
Allow extra time for the indoor walk if you are carrying materials or arriving with a group. Tell colleagues to meet at the named ballroom foyer. A meetup in the shopping centre adds another stop.
Read the ballroom name before joining a queue
The venue floor plan distinguishes the Fairmont, Stamford and Atrium ballrooms and their foyers. If your invitation lists a room within a ballroom, use the parent ballroom name first and then look for signs for the specific room.
A foyer may have separate desks for registration, guests and exhibitors. Keep your invitation or QR code ready and confirm the event name before joining the line.
What to tell a driver or an event guest
Give your driver the full venue name and the drop-off named by the organiser. Fairmont Singapore publishes 80 Bras Basah Road as its address. If the event directs you to a specific hotel lobby or entrance, use that instruction and follow the venue signs from there.
For someone coming later, send the exact ballroom, level and arrival window. Raffles City Shopping Centre, the hotels and the convention centre are part of the same complex, and each has its own destinations.
