Use Esplanade MRT Exit A for Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, or Promenade MRT Exit C and walk through Suntec City Mall towards the centre. The convention centre is at 1 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039593. From City Hall MRT, the venue directs visitors through CityLink Mall and Esplanade Xchange.
Read the event confirmation for the level and hall before leaving the station. Suntec City also has shops, office towers and the Fountain of Wealth. The centre’s name and your hall number help you reach the event rather than a different part of the development.
- Esplanade (CC3) → Exit A → Convention Centre signs.
- Promenade (CC4/DT15) → Exit C → Suntec City Mall → Convention Centre signs.
- From City Hall, follow CityLink Mall and Esplanade Xchange.
- Use the event’s level, hall and registration details for the last part.

Choose Esplanade, Promenade or City Hall MRT
The convention centre lists Esplanade Exit A as the shortest of its three MRT approaches. If you are already on the Circle Line, follow the exit signs and then the wayfinding for the centre. Esplanade MRT and the Esplanade performing arts venue are different destinations, so keep the convention centre name in view.
For the Downtown Line, Promenade gives you a direct station choice. Use Exit C and follow the signed route through Suntec City Mall. From City Hall, use CityLink Mall and continue through Esplanade Xchange. Compare the walking portion with any extra train transfer before deciding.
If you need lifts, check the current signs and ask staff for the step-free route to the centre. At an event with a managed queue, use the organiser’s entrance instructions when you reach the venue.
Check the event level before choosing a lift
Suntec Singapore lists meeting rooms on Level 3, exhibition space on Level 4 and auditoriums on Level 6. Use the level printed for your event. A convention and an exhibition can happen in the same complex without using the same registration desk.

If your event names a hall or meeting room, keep that label handy after you enter. Go to the registration point on the invitation before heading to the room if the organiser requires it. If the signs use an event name you recognise, still confirm it matches your session.

Make check-in and the return trip easier
Give your group a meeting point with the event name, level and a landmark near the registration area. Meeting at the first entrance is harder when people are coming from different stations. If the event has a queue, agree whether to meet before joining it or inside after check-in.
For a large exhibition, allow time between getting off the train and entering the hall. Registration, finding a lift and walking through the mall are separate parts of the trip. If you are attending a specific session, plan around its start time rather than the event’s opening time alone.
When leaving, use the MRT route that fits your next line. If you came through the mall and want to return to Promenade, use the signed route towards Exit C. For a car pickup, agree on the named pickup point and the street before calling the driver.
