H2: What “repair” means at Z0

Repair at Wall Street Z0 is not “make prices go up.”
Repair means: restore reliable pricing + usable liquidity under load without triggering corridor cascades.

H2: The four phase playbooks

P3 Playbook — Keep it robust (don’t over-steer)

Goal: Preserve price discovery while maintaining damping.

Do:

  • keep damping surfaces active but minimal
  • monitor corridors (A–E) for activation
  • keep TTC buffers healthy (don’t thin them in calm times)
  • reduce hidden coupling (crowding) early

Don’t:

  • chase “maximum speed” (excess EnDist in a narrow oscillator)
  • remove safeguards because “nothing happened lately”

Success marker: volatility rises, but the system stays continuous.


P2 Playbook — Strengthen edges before a cliff forms

Goal: Prevent P2 from slipping into P1 during stress.

Do:

  • widen damping band (more resistance to runaway)
  • smooth threshold cliffs (margin/collateral shocks)
  • de-crowd correlation trades (reduce corridor C)
  • harden liquidity providers (avoid single-point liquidity)

Don’t:

  • allow pro-cyclical thresholds to tighten instantly
  • assume diversification works when correlation is converging

Success marker: stress events remain localized, not systemic.


P1 Playbook — Stop resonance and prevent P0

Goal: Break the self-reinforcing loop.

Do:

  • prioritize damping over “perfect discovery” temporarily
  • interrupt cascades (stop corridor A/B from compounding)
  • reduce coupling (prevent synchronized liquidation)
  • expand TTC (insert time buffers to protect core organs)

Don’t:

  • demand continuous “free” discovery while liquidity is optical
  • let forced selling become the market’s dominant mechanism

Success marker: mini-cascades stop clustering; liquidity returns in layers.


P0 Playbook — Stabilize the lattice (survival mode)

Goal: Restore basic market function and protect core organs.

Do:

  • freeze cascade propagation (halt runaway corridors)
  • prevent counterparty trust collapse (corridor D)
  • restore minimal continuous pricing (not elegance—function)
  • rebuild damping and TTC before “normalization”

Don’t:

  • confuse “restarting trading” with restoring Phase
  • remove buffers immediately after the first calm day

Success marker: pricing becomes continuous again; TTC lengthens; trust returns.


H2: CivOS lock

The correct objective is Phase recovery, not price outcomes.
Wall Street Z0 is an oscillator: recovery = damping restored + coupling reduced + thresholds smoothed + TTC expanded.
