Probe C – Market feedback loop
Weekly: 5 outreach actions (applications, referrals, recruiter messages, informational interviews).
Pass: ≥1 meaningful response per week by week 6, and ≥1 interview pipeline event by week 12.

Re-run rule:
If probes pass for 3 consecutive weeks, raise T by +1 and re-execute the kernel.
