This page exists to prevent well-intentioned actions from accelerating collapse.
Most systemic failures worsen because the wrong recovery mode is applied at the wrong stage.
Rule: A correct diagnosis with the wrong recovery mode is more dangerous than no action.
The Non-Negotiable Rule
Exactly one recovery mode per execution.
Never stack modes unless a retest explicitly authorises a transition.
