Canonical Education OS Run 007 – AI and Civilization Co-Evolution Health Diagnostic

Three learners review open books together at a classroom table, with stacks of textbooks, stationery and a whiteboard in the bright room.

Canonical Artifact Name: Education OS Kernel v1.0 — Human Outcome Physics Kernel
Artifact Class: Executable Human Systems Diagnostic Kernel
Artifact Version: v1.0
Artifact Authority: eduKate Singapore
Canonical ID: EducationOS-Kernel-v1.0

Block 1 — System Boundary

System: The coupled human–AI system shaping modern civilization (education, work, media, governance, and decision-making).
Included: AI capability deployment, information ecosystems, incentives, human skill pipelines, institutional adaptation, safety norms, and real-world outcomes.
Excluded: hypothetical superintelligence scenarios and speculative technologies not currently deployed.

Block 2 — D/L/T Score Table (0–5)

AxisScoreJustification
D (Depth)2/5AI capabilities are advancing faster than broad human understanding and institutional competence to use them well.
L (Load)2/5Under pressure (misinformation, shocks, conflict), systems degrade; governance and media ecosystems struggle to hold integrity.
T (Transfer)2/5Best practices and safety norms do not transfer consistently across sectors, countries, or platforms.

Block 3 — Binding Constraints (e)

  1. Incentive constraint: attention and profit incentives reward speed, virality, and persuasion over truth and robustness.
  2. Governance constraint: fragmented regulation and uneven capability across institutions.

Block 4 — Trajectory Physics (t)

Rise: AI boosts productivity and access to knowledge for some users and sectors.
Stall: Trust and signal quality degrade as synthetic content increases and institutions lag behind deployment speed.
Regression: Coordination costs rise; misinformation, manipulation, and low-quality automation increase systemic fragility.
Lock-in risk: A persistent low-trust information environment reduces collective problem-solving capacity and hardens polarization.

Block 5 — Failure Signature

Primary failure: T-FAIL (Transfer failed first)
Reason: Capability exists, but safe and correct usage does not reliably transfer from expert pockets to mass adoption and institutions.

Block 6 — Recovery Mode

Selected: Transfer Repair.

Block 7 — Retest Probe

Probe A – Information integrity transfer
Measure: proportion of AI-assisted outputs that meet verifiable truth/quality standards in high-impact domains (education, health, finance, public policy).
Pass: sustained improvement in verified-quality outputs for 3 consecutive measurement cycles.

Probe B – Institutional competence transfer
Measure: percentage of institutions with clear AI usage standards, training, auditing, and incident response.
Pass: measurable growth year-on-year across major sectors (schools, media, government, healthcare, enterprise).

Probe C – Human skill pipeline resilience
Measure: whether AI use increases genuine human capability (D) rather than replacing it.
Pass: improved human performance on independent assessments without AI assistance over 2 consecutive cycles.

Re-run rule:
If probes pass for 3 consecutive cycles, raise T by +1 and re-execute the kernel.
