Scope & Disclaimer

This is a measurement pack, not a curriculum and not an official UK education standard.

It provides sensors that detect:

  • rising load
  • shrinking buffer
  • drift signatures
  • phase degradation

before grades collapse.

Sensors are designed to be usable at:

  • Z0 (student)
  • Z1 (class/tutorial/supervision)
  • Z2 (cohort)
  • Z3 (programme/subject pipeline)

The 5 Master Sensors (Locked)

Every EducationOS deployment uses five sensors:

  1. Phase Sensor (P0–P3) — reliability under load
  2. Load Sensor — saturation level
  3. Buffer Sensor — slack thickness
  4. Drift Sensor — regression signature
  5. Repair Confirmation Sensor — did the intervention work?

Everything else is a sub-sensor.
