Ministry of Education V3.0 | Live Ministry

eduKate · Ministry of Education V3.0 · Live Ministry · RFE v0.1

Bring the problem from life. Watch the Ministry work.

You do not need to know the subject, department or name of the skill. Start with what keeps happening. This prototype asks where learning may actually change the outcome, narrows the uncertainty, constructs a next step, and lets reality answer back.

Independent educational prototype. This is eduKate’s Ministry of Education V3.0 framework. It is not an official government ministry, public authority, benefits service, financial adviser, medical service or legal service. A correct result can be: this is not primarily a learning problem.

Public Hall · Reception

What is happening in your life?

Say it normally. The Ministry should do the work of finding the useful educational route.

Do not include passwords, account numbers, identity numbers or other secrets. The existing HELP runtime keeps the raw prompt out of its durable case record; short-lived continuity uses minimised operational state and hashes.

Life firstStart with the human problem, not the syllabus label.
Learning only where it helpsDo not call poverty, lack of access, illness, unsafe conditions or missing authority an educational failure merely because teaching is available.
Reality gets the last wordA route remains provisional until something in the world answers it.
Front Desk · Next Action Router v0.3

What do I do now?

Start at Reception.

Tell the Ministry what is happening in ordinary life. You do not need to know which subject or department owns the problem.

Why this action?

No signed case is active yet.

The Whole Building · Live institutional map v0.1

The Ministry is now a place the case can move through.

This tower is a live interface over the same Ministry case ledger. A signed case highlights the floor currently handling the next institutional step and, where different, its home department. The building does not create a second reality; it visualises the operational one.

No signed case is currently in the building. Open a case at Reception or resume a Case Passport.
Solid marker = current handler location·Dashed outline = case home department when different·Floor 120 remains shadow
Officer Desk · Executable institutional work v0.1

No current officer desk.

Open a Ministry case or resume a Case Passport. The server will reconstruct the current officer’s bounded work item from the institutional ledger.

Ministry Case Passport · Server-signed continuity v0.1

Leave the Ministry. Come back to the same case.

A Case Passport is a signed continuation credential for this Ministry case. It contains a random case reference, version and expiry—not the raw problem, answer or World Return text. Keep it private: possession of the passport allows someone to resume the safe operational state of the case.

Current case passport

A passport will be issued after the first successful Ministry turn.

Resume a saved case

Paste a Case Passport from another browser or device. The server verifies its signature and returns only bounded safe state.

Resume Evidence Desk · Cross-device World Return v0.1

Leave the Ministry. Live life. Come back with what happened.

A signed Case Passport can now reopen a pending evidence request on another browser or device. The Ministry mints a fresh one-time continuation credential in memory, invalidates the earlier browser credential, and sends your return through the same World Return evaluator and recompilation path.

Resume or open a Case Passport to check whether this case is waiting for evidence from the world.

The Case Passport and institutional Journey do not contain the raw problem or this raw observation. The observation is submitted to the existing HELP World Return runtime so it can be evaluated against the pending evidence request; the signed institutional views expose only bounded results and receipts.

Case Journey · Safe institutional history v0.2

Watch one case move, learn, close—and reopen when reality disagrees.

This signed timeline shows institutional receipts only: turns, authorised or held handoffs, mechanisms, Skill Route stage changes, tracked learning attempts, World Return evaluations, closure eligibility, closure and reopen. Raw problem text, answers and practice narratives are excluded.

Open or resume a Ministry case to see its journey.

Ministry Staff · Bounded agent roles v0.1

Who is handling this case?

These are AI/system role contracts inside the eduKate prototype, not human government officers. A role receives only the case state and tools its job requires, has explicit prohibitions, and hands the case to another role when its job is finished.

No current signed case.

Open or resume a Case Passport to see which institutional role currently owns the next step.

Reception Officer

Floor 10 · Receives the problem as ordinary language. Cannot diagnose or choose a mechanism by intuition.

Ministry Registrar

Floor 15 · Maintains Case Passports and safe institutional records. Cannot change diagnosis or learning route.

Boundary Officer

Floor 20 · Decides whether learning plausibly has causal power and preserves the route out of MOE when it does not.

Learning Diagnostician

Floor 30 · Narrows frontier/terrain/route/fault/execution/information loss. Cannot make clinical diagnoses.

Department Case Officer

Floor 40+ · Owns the institutional route and can select only registered, evidence-supported mechanisms.

Learning Coach

Floor 50+ · Runs the selected manifest: teach, practise, verify. Cannot call one successful attempt mastery.

Evidence Officer

Floor 110 · Evaluates World Return and practice evidence. Contradiction and changed context are valid outcomes.

Systems Analyst · Shadow

Floor 120 · Not permitted to handle live individual cases. Population-pattern work remains behind a future release gate.

Learning Room · Executable Mechanism v0.2

No learning mechanism selected yet.

The room opens only after the Ministry has enough evidence to select a registered learning mechanism for the current case.
Learning Progress · Capability receipts

Evidence accumulates. One good attempt is not mastery.

Three supported real recurrences are required before a mechanism is marked stable.

No tracked learning attempts yet.

What Ministry of Education V3.0 is now

Ministry of Education V3.0 is an independent eduKate educational framework and operating prototype. It is not an official government ministry or policy.

MOE V3.0 began as a conceptual layer for Route Literacy: learning how to read systems, hidden costs, incentives, dependencies, consequences, broken routes and repair choices across school and ordinary life. That conceptual layer remains part of the project, but it is no longer the complete definition.

The present architecture has two connected layers.

1 · Conceptual Framework

Route Literacy, System Inspection, hidden costs and receipts, repair/reroute/hold/escalate decisions, lifelong learnerhood, and the mechanisms that explain how education and ordinary life work.

2 · Operational Live Ministry

A working public prototype that receives an ordinary-life problem, tests whether learning has causal power, narrows the uncertainty, opens an institutional case, routes it to a bounded department, selects a learning mechanism when evidence supports one, and accepts World Return evidence from reality.

The operating sequence is: life problem → boundary → diagnosis → department → mechanism → learning action → World Return → state update → next turn. A valid result can also be that the primary constraint is not educational and the case should leave the Ministry rather than be forced into a lesson.

Current canonical definition: MOE V3.0 is a lifelong educational operating system that starts from a problem encountered in human life, determines whether and where learning can change the outcome, constructs the necessary capability route, helps the person learn or practise it, checks whether it transfers back into life, and updates the route when reality disagrees.

Earlier eduKate MOE V3.0 pages document the conceptual development of the framework. This Live Ministry page is the current operational owner for the working prototype.

The Ministry · Department Registry v0.1

The building is beginning to acquire real departments.

These are not topic shelves. Each department has a bounded job, an authority limit, an entry condition and an exit contract. A live case is routed into one of these institutional owners.

Floor 10 · Public HallReception & Intake

Receives a problem in ordinary language without forcing the visitor to know the subject or department first.

Active
Floor 20 · Public HallBoundary Office

Asks whether learning can actually change the outcome, or whether money, access, safety, health, authority or another condition is primary.

Active
Floor 30 · Diagnostic FloorNarrowing & Learning Diagnosis

Finds the smallest useful distinction before prescribing more teaching, practice or content.

Active
Floor 40 · Learning FloorsAcademic Learning

Handles school, subject, study, transfer and examination-related capability while preserving specialist ownership.

Active
Floor 50 · Lifelong LearningLife Operations & Adult Capability

Turns recurring ordinary-life failures into teachable routines and operational capabilities when learning is genuinely the missing mechanism.

Active
Floor 60 · Language & InteractionCommunication & Meaning

Works on expression, interpretation, reading, listening, vocabulary and shared meaning across life and work.

Active
Floor 70 · TechnologyDigital Capability & AI

Builds the ability to operate, question and verify digital systems without outsourcing human judgement.

Active
Floor 80 · Everyday FinanceFinancial Capability Learning

Teaches bills, due dates, fees, interfaces and everyday financial understanding. It does not provide personalised financial advice or manufacture missing money.

Active
Floor 90 · Work & SkillsWork & Professional Capability

Translates workplace difficulty into learnable communication, technical, planning or professional capability where appropriate.

Active
Floor 100 · Boundary ExitExternal Referral & Non-Learning Constraint

Makes it explicit when education is not the primary mechanism and preserves a safe route out of the Ministry.

Active
Floor 110 · EvidenceWorld Return & Evidence

Receives what actually happened and tests whether a route was supported, weakened, contradicted or made obsolete by changed circumstances.

Active
Floor 120 · Upper MinistrySystems Observatory

Will aggregate de-identified repeated case patterns so an individual failure can become a system question when the evidence is strong enough.
