I Am Studying a Lot but My Results Are Not Improving — Why?

If you are studying a lot but your results are not improving, the problem may be the quality and direction of the study rather than the amount. More hours do not help much when the work is passive, the same mistakes repeat, feedback arrives too late, or practice keeps targeting what already feels comfortable instead of the weakness that is limiting performance.

Look for evidence of change. Can you retrieve more without notes? Are old errors disappearing? Can you solve unfamiliar questions? Are you faster without becoming less accurate? If the answer is no, reduce the volume for a moment and improve the loop: diagnose, practise, mark, classify the error, repair it, and retest.

Use the Study & Learning Methods Hub to improve the study process, and the Diagnostics & Recovery Hub when you need to identify what is actually holding the results down.
