If you get distracted whenever you study, change the environment and task before blaming your concentration. Distraction becomes easier when the phone is visible, the task is vague, the study block is too long, or the learner does not know what the first action should be.
Make the start smaller and clearer. Decide the exact task, remove obvious competing cues, work for a bounded period, and stop only after a visible unit is complete. If attention improves once the task is structured, the problem was partly design rather than willpower.
Use the Study & Learning Methods Hub for practical study routines. If avoidance persists because the work itself feels impossible, use the Diagnostics & Recovery Hub.
