This identifies the operational Nobody.

An operational Nobody is not always poor, weak, or morally innocent.

An operational Nobody is the actor carrying load without enough visibility, accounting, bargaining power, repair access, or recognised receipt inside a specific shell.

That means the operational Nobody changes by room.

A person can be Somebody in one shell and Nobody in another.

Somebody in family, Nobody in market.
Somebody in school, Nobody in workplace.

Somebody today, Nobody tomorrow after illness, job loss, debt, ageing, displacement, collapse, or war.

The Nobody is not a fixed caste.

The Nobody is a strategic position.


10. Step 3: Locate the Hidden Receipt

The third step is to find the receipt.

Every route has cost.

The question is whether the cost is paid honestly, repaired, transferred, hidden, delayed, or normalised.

What cost exists?
Where did it go?
Who absorbed it?
Was it repaired?
Was it transferred?
Was it concealed?
Was it delayed?
