LRT Guide | Where to go, What to do | Post Offices, Parcel Lockers and PICK by Singapore LRT

Post offices, parcel lockers and convenient mail-drop points by Singapore LRT are not interchangeable. A staffed post office can help with postal services and questions; POPStation is a self-service parcel locker for eligible collections, posts and returns; POPDrop is a kiosk for supported labelled parcel drop-offs and some self-service transactions; POPStop is a manned partner drop-off counter; and PICK is a separate locker network for eligible deliveries. The best LRT stop depends on which service you actually need and whether the parcel has already been assigned to a specific collection point.

For practical local examples, Sengkang Central Post Office is at 2 Sengkang Square #03-01 near Sengkang MRT/LRT STC/NE16; Punggol Post Office is listed at 80 Punggol Field, B1-01 of Punggol 21 Community Club; and Bukit Panjang Post Office is listed at 10 Choa Chu Kang Track 10, which is not inside Bukit Panjang Plaza. Public parcel-locker listings include Waterway Point at Punggol PTC, Bukit Panjang Plaza and Hillion Mall near Bukit Panjang BP6, and The Seletar Mall near Fernvale SW5. Always verify a location through SingPost’s current locator because a locker may move, fill or be temporarily unavailable.

  • Staffed branch — Sengkang: Sengkang STC/NE16, Sengkang Community Hub, 2 Sengkang Square #03-01; verify hours and service in the official locator.
  • Staffed branch — Punggol: Cove PE1 / Punggol town-centre area reference, Punggol 21 CC at 80 Punggol Field B1-01; confirm the most suitable station and last walk.
  • Staffed branch — Bukit Panjang: Bukit Panjang BP6/DT1 as a town reference, but the branch is at 10 Choa Chu Kang Track 10, not inside a town-centre mall.
  • POPStation — Waterway Point: Punggol PTC/NE17 at 83 Punggol Central, subject to locker availability and mall access.
  • POPStation — Bukit Panjang Plaza / Hillion: Bukit Panjang BP6/DT1 in the town centre; each is a separate locker and mall location.
  • POPStation — The Seletar Mall: Fernvale SW5, 33 Sengkang West Avenue, with the reported locker at a carpark lift lobby; verify access.
  • POPDrops and parcel lockers: check the assigned destination and required barcode; the service may have different dimensions and workflows.
  • Ordinary posting box: suitable for correctly stamped ordinary mail, not an automatic tracked-return receipt.
  • Customer support: SingPost’s domestic support helpline is 1605; use the operator’s current support page.
  • Current changes: SingPost published branch closures and self-service replacements during 2026; never trust an older office map without checking.

Quick answer: use the SingPost Locate Us page to select the correct service type, confirm its current address, hours and accepted item, prepare the label and packing, and choose the correct LRT route. SingPost’s 2026 domestic regular-mail rates start at S$0.62 for Standard Regular and S$0.90 for Standard Large. A POPDrop has a published maximum of 5kg and 324 × 229 × 65mm; manned POPStop counters can handle some larger eligible parcels, subject to service-specific limits. Do not use a street posting box for a return requiring a scan and receipt.

1. Definition lock: five different services that sound similar

A staffed post office provides counter services during published working hours. These can include domestic and international mail, selected parcels, packing materials and other authorised transactions. What can be done depends on the branch and service, and a post office counter being listed as open does not guarantee that a separate passport or agency collection service is available without an appointment.

A POPStation is a parcel locker. A sender or recipient follows the assigned parcel’s barcode, PIN or collection QR code to collect, post or return a supported item. It may be available outside counter hours, but access to the physical shopping mall or building can impose practical limits.

A POPDrop is a kiosk for eligible labelled tracked items and related self-service functions. SingPost’s terms give a relatively small item size and weight limit. A POPStop is a staffed counter used for eligible shipments or marketplace returns, with different limits and collection cut-offs.

A PICK locker is part of a nationwide parcel-locker network in housing estates, community venues and transport nodes. It is useful when the shipping service supports PICK as the recipient’s designated collection point. The booking and OTP process should come from the relevant courier or PICK system rather than assumptions based on a SingPost POPStation.

Finally, a posting box receives ordinary addressed stamped mail. It does not create an electronic parcel acceptance scan merely because somebody places a package in the slot. This distinction is critical when the sender must prove that an e-commerce return was submitted before a deadline.

2. Start with the exact task, not the nearest red postal sign

Before selecting an LRT stop, identify whether you need to buy stamps, post an ordinary letter, send a tracked parcel, print a label, return a shopping order, collect an item or seek help about an unsuccessful delivery. The right service type follows from this question. A person holding a prepaid label may not need a staffed branch, whereas somebody whose parcel is outside automated kiosk size limits may need one.

SingPost’s Locate Us directory offers filters for Post Offices, Posting Boxes, POPStations, POPDrops, POPStops and other services. Search a current postal code or neighbourhood and inspect the entry’s actual opening and available service. The company separately publishes service updates when counters close or transition to self-service.

Check the operator and address in any delivery SMS or app. When a courier directs you to a particular locker, a different locker across the road may not be able to release the item. A photograph of the correct mall sign does not replace the assigned collection point identifier.

For an ordinary letter, check the correct stamp value, standard envelope dimensions and posting box clearance time. For a tracked or international parcel, use the specific product’s tracking, labelling and customs requirements. The packaging and documentation can determine where it may be lodged.

Keep a realistic return plan. Carrying heavy goods through an LRT loop and several escalators is avoidable when a suitable closer counter or permitted pickup location exists.

3. Sengkang STC: the central post office is inside a community hub

Public local listings identify Sengkang Central Post Office at 2 Sengkang Square #03-01, Singapore 545025. That address is in the Sengkang Community Hub setting, near the Sengkang STC/NE16 interchange. It is not inside every block of Compass One, nor is it a counter at the station’s LRT platform.

Published directory hours for the post office often show Monday to Friday 10.30am–7pm and Saturday 10.30am–2pm, but the official SingPost locator must be checked before a time-sensitive visit. Public holiday arrangements, staffing and counter service can change. A parcel kiosk in the same building might have different permitted access and functions.

An associated POPDrop has also been listed in the hub near the post-office area. Its self-service hours may not equal the building’s accessible hours, and an online label-printing function may differ from counter acceptance. Use the exact kiosk and accepted-product instructions.

Travellers using the Sengkang East or West Loop can change at STC. The station serves the town centre and public bus interchange, but the visitor should still follow a proper street or hub entrance to Level 3 rather than use a direct train-to-office claim.

Someone with an urgent international parcel or an unusual prohibited-item question may benefit from staff advice, but should contact the branch first to confirm that its service supports that transaction. A general postal-directory result is not a guarantee of every specialised process.

4. Punggol Post Office: do not confuse Punggol 21 CC with One Punggol

Public business and postal listings identify Punggol Post Office at 80 Punggol Field, B1-01 of Punggol 21 Community Club, Singapore 828815. This is a distinct location from One Punggol civic hub at 1 Punggol Drive near Sam Kee PW1, and distinct again from Waterway Point at 83 Punggol Central.

Some people may instinctively travel to the main Punggol MRT/LRT interchange because all three destinations contain the word Punggol. The correct branch is the 80 Punggol Field address. The broader Cove PE1 and town-centre area can be considered in route planning, but the best station must be checked against the actual public street approach and current service.

Published business-directory opening hours have described the staffed Punggol branch as weekdays 10.30am–7pm and Saturday 10.30am–2pm. Treat those as historical public listings pending confirmation on SingPost’s own live directory. A parent or working adult should not make a special journey on Sunday without checking.

One Punggol has public services, a library and a hawker centre; none of those features makes its community hub the same post office. Waterway Point has its own POPStation collection point and different access conditions. Use the assigned destination in the parcel notification instead of guessing from the town name.

For an important registered or trackable shipment, prepare the label and item details at home. Staff may be able to advise on the correct service product, but the mailer’s responsibility includes accurate address, appropriate packaging and lawful contents.

5. Bukit Panjang: the staffed post office is not Bukit Panjang Plaza

Bukit Panjang Post Office is publicly listed at 10 Choa Chu Kang Track 10, Singapore 689379. SingPost historical corporate information identifies this site as one of its postal properties. The address is not Bukit Panjang Plaza at 1 Jelebu Road or Hillion Mall at 17 Petir Road.

Published third-party opening hours have included Monday to Friday 8.30am–5pm and Saturday 8.30am–1pm. Do not rely on an old business listing as a live guarantee; SingPost was restructuring branch and self-service access during 2026. Check its service updates and location directory before leaving.

Bukit Panjang BP6/DT1 and Phoenix BP5 are geographic references in the wider district. The full last-mile route and actual entrance to Choa Chu Kang Track 10 should be determined independently, especially if carrying a large parcel. The old Ten Mile Junction LRT BP14 is closed and cannot be used to travel directly to this postal neighbourhood.

Small-item deliveries or returns may be more conveniently handled by a suitable POPStation inside a town-centre mall rather than a staffed post office further away. But a locker cannot automatically handle every oversize parcel or special postal request. Choose according to the product, not the distance alone.

Some self-service postal functions may be available outside counter hours where a permitted lobby exists. The presence of a POPDrop or posting box in a listing does not guarantee round-the-clock public entrance to the same building, so check how to reach the machine safely.

6. Bukit Panjang Plaza and Hillion Mall parcel lockers

Public location listings identify a POPStation at Bukit Panjang Plaza, 1 Jelebu Road, and another POPStation at Hillion Mall, 17 Petir Road. Both shopping centres serve the Bukit Panjang BP6/DT1 town centre, but they are separate buildings with different entrances and nearby lift routes.

The Bukit Panjang Plaza point has appeared near the Level 1 shopfront area, while Hillion’s point is described as an outside Level 1 corridor facing towards Bukit Panjang Plaza. These are useful orientation clues from public reports, not authoritative live directions; confirm through the SingPost locator or the exact collection instruction before travelling.

When collecting a parcel, check the locker identifier and any code delivered by the courier. Do not assume that a POPStation at Hillion will hold an item addressed to the Bukit Panjang Plaza POPStation simply because the malls are close.

During late 2026 LTA lift replacement at Bukit Panjang BP6, a stroller or wheelchair route between LRT, Downtown Line and the town-centre malls may require following temporary signs. A shortest-looking escalator is not necessarily the accessible route.

Some locker descriptions advertise twenty-four-hour service. A machine may be powered continuously but still be unreachable after a particular mall entrance closes. Use current venue signage and avoid entering a closed commercial corridor.

7. Punggol PTC and Waterway Point: a familiar POPStation example

Public parcel-locker listings locate a POPStation at Waterway Point, 83 Punggol Central, directly associated with Punggol MRT/LRT PTC/NE17. The mall is next to the town-centre interchange and normally uses Exit A for the public shopping connection.

This makes it practical for a person who is already buying groceries or visiting the mall to collect a parcel. But locker capacity and readiness can change. An older online review complaining that a locker was full is not proof that it is permanently out of service, nor does a current listing guarantee every compartment is available.

Follow the assigned collection message, QR or PIN. SingPost describes the POPStation process as selecting ‘Collect My Parcel’, scanning a barcode or entering the PIN and opening the allocated door. After collection, close the door correctly and retain any needed receipt.

If the wrong door opens, the locker appears empty or the item is damaged, SingPost asks users to contact its 1605 helpline. Do not force a different door or attempt to access another customer’s parcel. Record the locker and parcel reference privately.

Waterway Point offers food and family amenities, but an ordinary parcel collection need not become a lengthy outing. Complete the task and return using the same appropriate rail connection.

8. Fernvale SW5: The Seletar Mall POPStation is not a post-office counter

Public location listings identify a POPStation at The Seletar Mall, 33 Sengkang West Avenue, with the reported location near a basement carpark lift lobby. The mall is within the wider precinct served by Fernvale SW5 on the Sengkang West LRT Loop.

A parcel locker provides supported automated collection or return functions, not staffed postal advice. If a parcel needs special customs forms, is too large or cannot be accepted under the particular label service, use a suitable counter rather than assuming the mall has a full post office.

Check the physical locker access before travelling, especially if the notification claims collection can be made at night. A public carpark lift lobby may have access limitations or changed directions, and the machine might be temporarily offline.

Fernvale also has community and food destinations, but these do not share one operating timetable. The Seletar Mall, Fernvale Hawker Centre and Fernvale CC are different venues with different conditions.

A family travelling from Sengkang MRT should use the West Loop and current route display to Fernvale. The number of stops can depend on service direction, so it is more efficient to follow the train’s displayed next stations than assume every West Loop train travels identically.

9. Punggol Coast POPDrop is not Punggol Coast MRT’s ticket machine

Public location information also identifies POPDrop at Punggol Coast Mall, 84 Punggol Way, #01-AS07. The mall is in Punggol Digital District, which can be reached by Punggol Coast MRT NE18 or Teck Lee LRT PW2 via the appropriate public route.

A POPDrop may support label preparation and drop-off for eligible tracked postal items. It is not a public-transport ticket machine, and a general collection PIN intended for a POPStation cannot necessarily be used to lodge a parcel at POPDrop.

Before visiting, check the SingPost service locator to confirm the location is still operational and supports the chosen shipping workflow. Mall access and machine service status can change even when the building itself is open.

Teck Lee PW2 is on the Punggol West Loop; Punggol Coast NE18 is a separate North East Line MRT station. A visitor coming along the MRT may save a transfer by staying on the NEL rather than riding LRT to Teck Lee.

For an international package or an item whose label requires staff verification, contact SingPost in advance. A convenient self-service kiosk is not a substitute for all counter services.

10. Street posting boxes for ordinary letters

Public street posting boxes have been identified at locations such as 220 Jalan Kayu in the broader Thanggam SW4 area, 150 Sengkang West Way in Fernvale’s vicinity and 9 Pending Road near Pending BP8. Each is intended for ordinary appropriately addressed and stamped letter mail.

These are useful examples of how a neighbourhood errand can be short: a resident can post a letter while walking to nearby shops. However, collection times and box locations must be checked through SingPost, because an uncollected box is not the same as a staffed post office.

Do not insert a large e-commerce parcel, lithium battery item or marketplace return that specifically requires a barcode scan into an ordinary street letterbox. The posting action may provide no tracked acceptance record, and a deadline-sensitive return could fail even if the box is physically accessible.

SingPost’s locator allows a filter for Posting Boxes, with the nearest current box, collection time and sometimes local directions. The best box may be close to home, making any LRT journey unnecessary.

If a sender needs proof of posting or tracking, choose the appropriate registered or trackable postal product and authorised acceptance channel rather than expecting a standard letterbox to generate an electronic receipt.

11. POPDrop dimensions: a small item is not a large parcel

SingPost’s published POPDrop terms specify maximum dimensions of 324mm long × 229mm wide × 65mm high and a maximum weight of 5kg for qualifying items. These constraints are much narrower than the space suggested by the word ‘parcel’.

POPDrops generally accept labelled tracked items from SingPost or supported partners under the relevant service arrangements. A bare package without its required barcoded label may be rejected. A sender should not insert goods that violate dimensional or prohibited-goods rules and assume responsibility has transferred to the carrier.

The kiosk may provide label printing or other functions depending on product and configuration. Use the specific item barcode and follow the prompts. If a label must be attached, make sure it is legible and firmly secured before the item enters the chute.

Do not try to squeeze an oversize package through the slot. A crushed box or damaged product can defeat the purpose of using a safe trackable delivery channel. SingPost may deal with improperly lodged items under its terms without providing the usual service guarantee.

Choose a staffed POPStop or post office for a larger parcel where the intended product permits it. Comparing the dimensions at home saves wasted journeys and arguments at an unmanned kiosk.

12. POPStop counters accept different sizes and cut-offs

SingPost says POPStop counters operate at post offices and more than 160 authorised partner locations, including some convenience stores. They are manned service points for supported e-commerce and tracked shipments, not ordinary self-service lockers.

The operator publishes maximum acceptance parameters of 30kg and 1.5 metres in length for POPStop, subject to the particular delivery product’s own dimensions and rules. A Tracked Letterbox package, for example, still needs to fit its product category; the counter’s general size capability does not override that.

SingPost lists 4.30pm Monday to Friday as the normal cut-off for items intended to qualify for next-day processing under relevant services. Items lodged after the cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, may be processed on the following working day.

Do not confuse next-day processing eligibility with a guarantee that a parcel arrives at the recipient’s door at a fixed time. Collection, sorting, delivery location and service disruptions can still affect delivery. Read the service-specific conditions.

A small business shipping several orders may find a recurring authorised POPStop near a convenient rail or bus route useful. But a branch’s staffing and local access should be checked before attempting a large bulk drop-off.

13. 2026 Singapore domestic letter rates: the actual effective date

SingPost’s FAQ on postal rate changes states that ordinary domestic mail charges increased from 1 January 2026. The published Standard Regular rate became S$0.62 while Standard Large became S$0.90.

The FAQ gives Standard Regular mail a maximum weight of 500g and reference dimensions of A5 / 162 × 240 × 6mm. Standard Large also has a 500g cap and larger size reference of A4 / 229 × 324 × 14mm. The sender must select a valid product for the letter’s actual size, shape and weight.

These are domestic ordinary letter rates, not universal prices for an international parcel, tracked e-commerce shipment, registered letter or oversize item. An article that states simply ‘postage is S$0.62’ without defining the letter product can mislead readers.

Before mailing, measure a thick document package or gift and check whether it remains within the ordinary mail category. A letter that exceeds a thickness requirement may need another product. The correct address and adequate postage also matter.

Rates can change again after publication. A person reading this guide in 2027 should use the current SingPost schedule rather than assuming the January 2026 price remains permanent.

14. Labels, addresses and tracking for online shopping returns

Marketplace returns usually provide a QR code, generated label or specific courier instructions. The first task is to read that instruction carefully. A platform might send the customer to a POPStation, POPDrop, staffed POPStop or an entirely different courier network.

Do not switch to a different locker brand without checking compatibility. A PICK locker, SingPost POPStation and marketplace-branded pickup point may have different software and booking relationships. The safest destination is the exact point indicated by the accepted return method.

Make sure the item is packed, sealed and labelled according to the return product’s instructions. Barcodes should be flat, legible and not wrapped around a corner. Do not cover addresses with transparent tape that causes scanning glare if the courier advises against it.

If tracking is essential, use the acceptance method that creates a receipt or status update. Keep proof in the shopping platform until the seller confirms the refund or return. Dropping a package into an arbitrary letterbox may not create evidence that the platform recognises.

Some returns have strict deadlines. A locker may be full or a kiosk unavailable, so do not plan a first drop-off minutes before the final acceptance time. Leave room for a verified nearby alternative or staffed counter.

15. POPStation parcel collections: what to do when a locker fails

SingPost’s collection-point help page tells recipients to follow the collection code and locker location shown in their notification. POPStation normally does not require the recipient to buy an additional account merely to collect an assigned parcel.

When a locker door is empty, contains the wrong item or opens incorrectly, stop and contact SingPost at 1605. Do not probe neighbouring doors, force a compartment or take an item belonging to another person. A malfunction should be resolved by the operator, not by a user improvising repairs.

Keep the notification and parcel reference private. Do not post a live locker PIN, QR code or full delivery address in a public social-media request for help. Those codes may allow someone else to collect the item.

If the parcel is too large for the assigned compartment or collection has expired, the operator or sender should provide the next authorised step. Do not assume that a post office in the same neighbourhood already holds the item.

The convenience of lockers is significant, but it is not unconditional. A family can reduce stress by checking the code and location before leaving home, arriving when the building is accessible and knowing the appropriate support channel.

16. PICK lockers and condominium Parcel Santa are different networks

SingPost’s locker service overview distinguishes POPStation, PICK and Parcel Santa. PICK is a network of parcel lockers in housing estates, transport nodes and community venues. Parcel Santa is aimed at participating private condominium residents, not a general public locker in every residential block.

The operator’s material notes more than a thousand PICK units nationwide. That broad coverage is useful but does not establish a locker at every Singapore LRT station or permission to send any item to an arbitrary PICK machine. The assigned parcel and supported courier determine eligibility.

A condominium Parcel Santa locker is generally for residents of the participating estate and may use different building access and holding rules. A tourist should not attempt to enter private condominium grounds merely because a nearby LRT station is shown on the map.

Use the official locker finder for the current location, accessibility, code process and any collection deadline. A parcel assigned to a housing-estate locker may be easier to collect from home than a town-centre POPStation, reducing an unnecessary train journey.

Never share a collection OTP with an unverified delivery caller. Confirm any unexpected redirection through the courier’s official account or app.

17. International shipments and the November 2026 customs changes

SingPost’s service updates include a 28 October 2026 announcement for commercial shipments to some European Union destinations from 1 November. The post describes a Delivered Duty Paid framework for participating EU destinations, with relevant duties, VAT and handling fees handled at origin.

International customs rules are much more complex than posting a domestic letter. Required declarations, item descriptions, tariff codes and destination restrictions vary. A local LRT guide should point readers to SingPost’s current official service pages rather than attempt to supply an exhaustive customs tariff or imply every EU country adopted identical arrangements simultaneously.

For certain international goods, lithium batteries and other restricted articles require special attention. Do not send hazardous or prohibited goods through an ordinary kiosk or postal box in an attempt to avoid a counter check. The sender is responsible for following carrier and destination rules.

A small business sending internationally may need a staffed postal or courier service with suitable customs support. The closest letterbox is rarely the appropriate solution for a shipment requiring electronic declarations.

An address, rate or customs process found on an old social-media guide may be wrong by November 2026. Read the current SingPost service notice and relevant product terms before buying postage.

18. Accessibility, stroller use and transport with parcels

Even a small parcel can become awkward when the last route includes stairs, rain or a busy road crossing. Sengkang STC, Punggol PTC and Bukit Panjang BP6 are public transport nodes with lifts, but the precise usable route to a shop or locker may differ from a map’s straight-line distance.

LTA’s late-2026 Bukit Panjang LRT works include lift replacement at the main interchanges Choa Chu Kang BP1 and Bukit Panjang BP6, targeted through February 2027. A person using a wheelchair, stroller or walking aid should check current station posters rather than rely on an older route image.

Use a manageable quantity of packages on public transport, keep doors and walkways clear and do not put large items where they obstruct priority spaces. A 30kg POPStop maximum is a processing limit, not a recommendation to carry a 30kg parcel on the LRT.

For a time-sensitive shipment that is bulky, consider a suitable collection or courier pickup option rather than struggling through crowded trains. The additional cost may be justified by the handling and safety needs.

A senior who needs help with an online label may benefit from a staffed post office or authorised POPStop. Verify service availability and any assistance needs before a long outing, rather than assuming an unmanned kiosk has someone on duty.

19. Six practical posting and parcel errands by LRT

Sengkang letter or tracked parcel: identify the required service, use Sengkang Central Post Office or its associated approved kiosk near Sengkang STC, verify current hours, and return through the correct MRT or LRT connection. Remember that the Community Hub’s upper-level counter is not on the train platform.

Punggol staffed-counter enquiry: choose the 80 Punggol Field Punggol 21 CC address, check live SingPost status, and compare Cove PE1 with the full public route from Punggol town centre. Do not accidentally travel to One Punggol or Waterway Point simply because all three contain Punggol in their name.

Punggol mall collection: confirm the POPStation at Waterway Point is the assigned pickup locker, use the code provided by the courier, reach Punggol PTC and collect the item. If the wrong locker opens, call 1605; do not attempt another customer’s compartment.

Bukit Panjang small return: verify whether the item is assigned to Bukit Panjang Plaza or Hillion Mall, then use the correct accessible public connection from BP6. These are separate buildings and locker points.

Fernvale marketplace return: check the specific supported label and current POPStation at The Seletar Mall. Use Fernvale SW5 if practical, allow for its basement/lift approach and do not assume general mall opening means the locker is always usable.

Ordinary letter while running local errands: use a SingPost-located street posting box near home if the letter is properly stamped. This may be simpler than taking an LRT solely to visit a staffed branch.

20. Common postal mistakes that lead to wasted travel

Confusing Punggol 21 Community Club with One Punggol, confusing Bukit Panjang Post Office’s Choa Chu Kang Track 10 address with Bukit Panjang Plaza, or assuming the same parcel can be collected from any POPStation are all preventable navigation mistakes.

Other errors include using an ordinary posting box for a tracked return, overfilling a POPDrop beyond its dimensions, arriving after a POPStop processing cut-off and expecting next-day delivery, or assuming a retail partner counter offers every international postal service.

Do not trust an old post-office map without checking 2026 service updates. SingPost has closed some staffed branches while retaining self-service facilities, and new counters have also been announced. A person’s actual transaction matters more than the brand’s historical sign on a building.

Never share locker PINs, account verification codes, full delivery addresses or bank details with strangers claiming that a parcel needs urgent release. Confirm unusual fees and collection instructions through the original delivery platform.

The best habit is to choose the service type, inspect the current official locator, prepare the item and label, find the exact entrance, and keep proof of a tracked transaction. A short correct errand saves time and can prevent failed returns.
