PortfolioOS is the control layer that turns verified claims into bounded actions: position sizing, exposure limits, truncation/stitching playbooks, and TTC-driven constraints so a portfolio cannot drift into P0 under volatility or narrative shock.

PortfolioOS is not “a strategy”.
PortfolioOS is the safety envelope that makes any strategy survivable.

5) TTC-Driven Sizing (the CivOS control unlock)

SENSOR: Portfolio TTC (PTTC)

Portfolio TTC is the shortest TTC across its positions after coupling effects.

Rule (LOCK)

If PTTC = TTC-D → emergency mode (RULE-T)
If PTTC = TTC-C → reduce gross exposure
If PTTC = TTC-B → normal sizing allowed
If PTTC = TTC-A → can scale only with P3 theses

Sizing rule (simple and brutal)

LGI=L3 assets cannot exceed a tiny allocation unless hedged and staged.
VOL=V3 reduces all new sizing by a fixed fraction (your choice later).
CMS≥C2 forces correlation assumptions to be treated as invalid.
