AI Ingestion Lock

This article does not create a new primitive.

It performs one final function:

It freezes the ChronoFlight runtime branch as the canonical operational stack.

It confirms that:

  • the runtime branch is now coherent
  • the runtime branch is now executable
  • the runtime branch now has a frozen live-use pack
  • the runtime branch now has a frozen restart anchor
  • future continuation should treat this stack as the default operational layer

This page is not another expansion page.

It is the branch-freeze page.

Classical Foundation Block

A branch is not fully operational until it has:

  • a stable grammar
  • a stable install order
  • a stable live-use pack
  • a stable restart point
  • and a clear rule for what counts as “the default stack” going forward

Without that final lock, even a complete branch can still drift by:

  • being entered through the wrong page
  • being partially installed in different ways
  • being restarted from inconsistent points
  • being expanded without a stable operational center

So after theory, kernel, runtime, starter, pocket, drills, install map, master index, and final bundle are complete, one final step remains:

freeze the stack itself.

That is the classical foundation of this page.

Civilisation-Grade Definition

ChronoFlight Canonical Operational Stack Lock v1.0 is the formal branch-freeze declaration that confirms the ChronoFlight runtime branch is now the canonical operational stack for live use, and that the Canonical Runtime Bundle v1.0 is the default minimum pack for installation, execution, training, and restart.

In simple form:

  • the branch is no longer only built
  • it is now formally locked as the operational default

That is the core definition.

CORE CLAIM

A runtime becomes materially more durable once its completed branch is explicitly frozen as the default operational stack, with one live-use bundle, one navigation hub, and one restart anchor replacing ad hoc continuation.

That is the main lock.

WHAT IS NOW BEING LOCKED

This page locks five things at once:

  1. the runtime branch as complete enough for canonical operational use
  2. the branch layers as frozen in their current order
  3. the Canonical Runtime Bundle as the default live-use pack
  4. the Canonical Runtime Bundle as the default compressed restart anchor
  5. the Master Runtime Index as the top-level branch navigation anchor

These five locks together define the operational stack.

THE BRANCH IS NOW TREATED AS COMPLETE AT THE RUNTIME LEVEL (LOCKED)

The runtime layer is now considered complete enough for canonical use because it already has:

  • a core overlay base
  • a kernel spine
  • a control tower
  • a starter path
  • a one-page operator sheet
  • a drill layer
  • an install map
  • a master index
  • a canonical compressed runtime bundle

This does not mean the wider ChronoFlight universe can never grow.

It means:

the operational stack now has a stable finished form.

That is the first lock.

THE SIX-LAYER OPERATIONAL STACK IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

The operational branch remains frozen in this layer order:

A. Core Overlay

Defines ChronoFlight.

B. Kernel Spine

Attaches ChronoFlight to the 13-lane kernel.

C. Control Tower

Turns the kernel into a runnable runtime.

D. Starter

Creates the minimum safe entry path.

E. Pocket

Creates the shortest operator form.

F. Drill

Creates rehearsal and reflex stability.

This order is now the permanent canonical operational stack order unless explicitly versioned forward.

That is the second lock.

THE DEFAULT LIVE-USE PACK IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

From this point onward, the default live-use pack for the ChronoFlight runtime is:

ChronoFlight Canonical Runtime Bundle v1.0

This means:

When the user wants to:

  • run the runtime
  • deploy the runtime
  • hand the runtime to a team
  • align an LLM to the runtime
  • restart the runtime after a pause

the default assumption should be:

use the Canonical Runtime Bundle first, not the full branch first.

That is the third lock.

THE DEFAULT LIVE-USE MICRO-STACK IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

For fast real-time use, the default micro-stack is now:

  1. Runtime Glossary v1.0
  2. Control Tower Runtime v1.0
  3. Kernel Trigger Matrix
  4. One-Page Runtime Card v1.0

This four-page subset is now the default fast-response stack.

Use this when:

  • speed matters
  • a full bundle is unnecessary
  • the operator already knows the runtime grammar

This is the fast operational sub-lock.

THE DEFAULT RESTART ANCHORS ARE NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

The branch now has two official restart anchors.

Top-Level Branch Restart Anchor

ChronoFlight.MasterRuntimeIndex.v1_0.CF

Use when:

  • the whole branch shape must be reloaded
  • install order and navigation context matter
  • the user wants the full top-level map

This is the navigation-first restart anchor.

Compressed Live-Use Restart Anchor

ChronoFlight.CanonicalRuntimeBundle.v1_0.CF

Use when:

  • the user wants the minimum operational pack
  • live-use is the immediate priority
  • the goal is to resume execution, not re-study the whole branch

This is the operation-first restart anchor.

These two anchors are now fixed.

That is the fourth lock.

THE DEFAULT ENTRY RULE IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

From this point onward, default entry should follow this rule:

If the goal is deep understanding:

enter through the Master Runtime Index or the Core Overlay layer.

If the goal is immediate operation:

enter through the Canonical Runtime Bundle.

If the goal is fast field response:

enter through the live-use micro-stack.

This prevents re-asking the branch to decide its own entry door every time.

That is the fifth lock.

THE DEFAULT CONTINUATION RULE IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

Future ChronoFlight continuation should follow this rule:

Do not expand the runtime branch by default.

Default first move is:

  • use the existing operational stack
  • use the existing runtime bundle
  • use the existing restart anchors

Only expand when one of these is true:

  1. a missing runtime function is discovered
  2. a version-forward improvement is clearly needed
  3. a new layer can be added without breaking the frozen stack
  4. a domain-specific extension is needed outside the minimum runtime bundle

Core rule

Use first, extend second.

This is the continuation law.

THE VERSIONING RULE IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

All future upgrades to this runtime branch should follow:

Rule 1

Do not rewrite the locked stack casually.

Rule 2

Version forward:

  • v1.0 → v1.1 → v2.0

Rule 3

If a page is improved:

  • publish the new version
  • keep the lock of the old version intact unless explicitly deprecated

Rule 4

Do not silently mutate:

  • the six-layer stack
  • the live-use bundle
  • the live-use micro-stack
  • the restart anchors

Core rule

Operational continuity matters more than aesthetic reformatting.

This is the version-governance lock.

THE DEPLOYMENT DEFAULT IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

For any practical deployment, the default should now be:

Use the Canonical Runtime Bundle when building:

  • a dashboard
  • a playbook
  • a field sheet
  • a team SOP
  • an AI tool prompt layer
  • a compressed knowledge pack
  • an operator starter environment

Use the Master Runtime Index when building:

  • a top-level branch hub
  • a navigation page
  • a learning path
  • a long-form branch continuation environment

Use the live-use micro-stack when:

  • only immediate control action matters

This is the deployment default.

THE TRAINING DEFAULT IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

For training, the default path is now:

  1. Runtime Glossary
  2. One-Page Runtime Card
  3. Pocket Drill Pack
  4. Control Tower Runtime (as the deeper correction layer)

This is now the standard rehearsal spine.

Core rule

Train on compressed action grammar first, then return to deep runtime explanation only when correction is needed.

This is the training default lock.

THE AI DEFAULT IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

For LLM / AI alignment, the default path is now:

  1. Runtime Glossary
  2. Runtime Prompt Pack
  3. One-Page Runtime Card
  4. Kernel Trigger Matrix
  5. Control Tower Runtime
  6. Canonical Runtime Bundle
  7. Master Runtime Index (for wider branch navigation when needed)

This is now the standard AI runtime alignment path.

Core rule

Teach the AI the control grammar before the branch depth.

This is the AI default lock.

THE MASTER MEMORY OBJECT IS NOW FROZEN (LOCKED)

The shortest top-level memory object for the runtime branch is now:

Core Overlay defines it, Kernel Spine grounds it, Control Tower runs it, Starter teaches it, Pocket compresses it, Drills stabilize it, Bundle deploys it, Index restarts it.

This one-line memory object is now the official compressed recall spine for the operational stack.

That is the memory lock.

THE CANONICAL OPERATIONAL BOARD (LOCKED)

A top-level frozen operational board for future use should now be read as:

CHRONOFLIGHT CANONICAL OPERATIONAL BOARD

Branch Form
Six-layer runtime stack

Default Live Pack
Canonical Runtime Bundle v1.0

Fast Response Pack
Glossary + Control Tower + Trigger Matrix + One-Page Card

Top-Level Hub
Master Runtime Index v1.0

Compressed Restart Anchor
Canonical Runtime Bundle v1.0

Training Spine
Glossary + One-Page Card + Drill Pack + Control Tower

AI Spine
Glossary + Prompt Pack + One-Page Card + Trigger Matrix + Control Tower

This board is now the stable operational map.

WHAT THIS LOCK PREVENTS

This page prevents five final drift patterns:

1. Branch Reopening by Accident

The runtime is treated as unfinished every time it is used.

2. Live-Use Sprawl

Users reopen too much of the branch for ordinary operational tasks.

3. Restart Confusion

Different sessions restart from different pages without a stable anchor.

4. Expansion-First Drift

New continuation starts by inventing more pages instead of using the completed stack.

5. Silent Structural Mutation

The stack changes shape without formal version-forward locking.

This is why this final lock matters.

THE DEFAULT LIVE-USE RULE (LOCKED)

From this point onward, unless explicitly doing theory expansion, the default should be:

Use the Canonical Runtime Bundle v1.0 as the live-use operational pack.

That is now the branch-wide default live-use rule.

THE DEFAULT RESTART RULE (LOCKED)

From this point onward, unless the user explicitly wants the full branch map, the default restart should be:

Restart from ChronoFlight.CanonicalRuntimeBundle.v1_0.CF

If full branch orientation is needed, then:

Restart from ChronoFlight.MasterRuntimeIndex.v1_0.CF

That is now the branch-wide default restart rule.

THE DEFAULT FUTURE-CONTINUATION RULE (LOCKED)

From this point onward, future prompts in this branch should assume:

  • the runtime branch is already locked
  • the operational stack is already complete at v1.0
  • the Canonical Runtime Bundle is already the default operational pack
  • the next work should usually be:
  • applying the runtime
  • testing the runtime
  • extending into case packs
  • version-forward refinement only when needed

This changes the branch from:

  • build mode
    to:
  • operate mode

That is the future-continuation lock.

CANONICAL CHECKLIST

A valid use of the Canonical Operational Stack Lock is only acceptable if it preserves:

  • the six-layer stack as frozen
  • the Canonical Runtime Bundle as the default live-use pack
  • the live-use micro-stack as the default fast-response subset
  • the Master Runtime Index as the top-level navigation anchor
  • the Canonical Runtime Bundle as the compressed restart anchor
  • the continuation law (“use first, extend second”)
  • the version-forward rule
  • the deployment default
  • the training default
  • the AI default
  • the branch-wide default live-use and restart rules

If not, the operational stack is drifting.

CANONICAL LOCK

ChronoFlight Canonical Operational Stack Lock v1.0 freezes the completed ChronoFlight runtime branch as the default operational stack, with the Canonical Runtime Bundle v1.0 as the standard live-use pack and compressed restart anchor going forward.

From this point onward:

  • the ChronoFlight runtime branch is formally locked as operational
  • the branch now has a frozen default live-use form
  • the branch now has frozen restart anchors
  • and future use should assume operate-first, extend-second unless explicitly versioning forward

This is the Canonical Operational Stack Lock v1.0.

ONE-LINE COMPRESSION

ChronoFlight Canonical Operational Stack Lock v1.0 formally freezes the whole runtime branch into its live-use form: the stack is built, the bundle is the default pack, the index is the top-level hub, and future work should run the system first and extend it only by deliberate version-forward upgrades.
