How to Read the Whole Panel (Fast)

Education OS is healthy when:

  • comprehension slope rises
  • writing clarity improves
  • learning velocity increases
  • transfer improves

If comprehension is weak, everything above becomes heavy.
If writing clarity is weak, vocabulary becomes decorative.
If learning velocity is low, the pipeline is leaking.
If transfer is weak, learning is memorisation without ownership.

The Master Truth Test: Transfer + Recurrence

Education OS has two truth tests:

  1. Transfer
    If skills don’t transfer, the student doesn’t own it.
  2. Recurrence
    If the same errors repeat, repair didn’t happen.

Together, they filter fake progress.
