0) Definition Lock

Vocabulary lists are not for memorising.
They are training datasets used to build stable language capability. (eduKate SG)

Global rule:
Every list in the Vocabulary Lists Library must be used with the Vocabulary OS Loop. (eduKate SG)

1) The Only Approved Loop (LOCK)

Approved loop:

Exposure → Retrieval → Sentence Use → Repair → Repeat

If a list is not run through this loop, the list produces noise, not skill. (eduKate SG)

2) Step Spec (Executable)

Step 1 — Exposure

Action:

  • Read the words.
  • Do not memorise yet.
  • Goal = recognise words and meanings. (eduKate SG)

Step 2 — Retrieval

Action:

  • Close the list.
  • Recall: meanings, sentence use, tone.
  • If you cannot retrieve, the word is not learned. (eduKate SG)

Step 3 — Sentence Use

Action:
Write:

  • full sentences
  • short paragraphs

Rule:
A word that collapses in sentence use is not part of your vocabulary yet. (eduKate SG)

Step 4 — Repair

Action:
Isolate and patch:

  • wrong meanings
  • wrong collocations
  • wrong sentence roles (eduKate SG)

Repair routing:

  • meaning error → go back to Exposure/Retrieval for that word
  • collocation error → Forge pack (collocations)
  • sentence role error → FENCE engineered sentence ladder

Step 5 — Repeat

Repeat until:

  • recall is fast
  • usage is accurate

3) Measurement (Gauge Binding)

Lists Are Inventory. The Learning System Makes Them Usable.

This technical standard remains the execution rulebook for vocabulary lists. The current public Vocabulary Learning System gives the rulebook a human-facing route: establish meaning, use FENCE™, connect through the Vocabulary Lattice, retrieve after time has passed, transfer into real English, and diagnose what fails.

A list therefore answers what might be worth learning. It does not by itself prove that the learner can retrieve, use or transfer the words.
