I Know I Am Struggling but I Don’t Know What I Am Weak At — What Should I Do?

If you know you are struggling but cannot name the weakness, stop guessing from feelings and look at evidence from your actual work. Use marked assignments, test papers, practice questions, and moments where you became stuck. The goal is to find the earliest recurring failure rather than attach one broad label such as “bad at English” or “weak in Math.”

Classify what happens when the work breaks: Do you not understand the question? Forget the required knowledge? Know the idea but cannot apply it? Work too slowly? Make repeated execution errors? Once the failure has a name, repair one layer at a time and retest to see whether later performance improves.

Begin with the Diagnostics & Recovery Hub. When the weak area becomes clear, move into the relevant subject route from the eduKateSG Learning Hubs.
