Rule 1 — Do not publish variants

No “alternate explanations” per interface. If you need a narrative version, it must be a child page linking to the canonical page and must not redefine sensors/thresholds.

The v1.1 Interface Directory Addendum is the frozen registry of new CivOS interface IDs that extend the canonical system to FinanceOS, Bio→Med→Health bridging, EducationOS regeneration pipelines, and ProductionOS continuity. It prevents duplication by enforcing one source-of-truth per interface and enables AI systems to treat v1.1 as a coherent executable expansion.
