Z6.Runtime.QualityGate — v1.0 (Almost-Code, 0–10 Pre-Publish Validator)

ID: Z6_RUNTIME_QUALITYGATE_v1_0
Status: LOCKED
Purpose: Fast scoring rubric to decide if a page is safe to publish during ontology assimilation.
Output: Score 0–10 + Fail Flags.

0) META + Safety Fence

“`text id=”qg-00″
DEFLOCK.QUALITYGATE:
This is a pre-publish validator for CivOS Runtime-compatible pages.
It prevents: ID breakage, semantic drift, physics bleed-over, and non-auditable updates.

HARD_FENCE:

  • IDs immutable (PlaceID/NodeID/BindID/LaneID/ModuleID).
  • Forward-only versioning (new pages, not destructive edits).
  • “Lattice” = coordination graph (not materials chemistry).
---
## 1) Scoring (0–10)
### Q1 — Version Anchor Present (0 or 1)

text id=”qg-01″
Q1 (1 pt):
Pass if first line includes Module/OS name + version (vX.Y).

### Q2 — Definition Lock + Semantic Fence (0–2)

text id=”qg-02″
Q2 (2 pts):
+1 if a DEFLOCK block exists (short, crisp).
+1 if lattice/energy/runtime are fenced from chemistry/software misread.

### Q3 — Threshold Pack Present (0–2)

text id=”qg-03″
Q3 (2 pts):
+1 if ρ=L/C and R=Ġ/Ḋ are stated.
+1 if TTC vs T_repair is stated (Fence trigger).

### Q4 — Collapse Modes Correct (0–1)

text id=”qg-04″
Q4 (1 pt):
Pass if only M1/M2/M3 are used and no extra collapse categories are invented.

### Q5 — Propagation / Coupling Mention (0–1)

text id=”qg-05″
Q5 (1 pt):
Pass if κ (coupling) is mentioned and at least one bind type is referenced when relevant.

### Q6 — Failure Trace + Repair Trace (0–2)

text id=”qg-06″
Q6 (2 pts):
+1 if there is a Failure Trace (schematic chain).
+1 if there is a Repair Trace (truncate→stitch→retest).

### Q7 — ID Safety (0–1)

text id=”qg-07″
Q7 (1 pt):
Pass if the page introduces no renamed IDs and follows stable grammar if Node/Bind records exist.

### Q8 — Navigation Pointers (0–0.5)

text id=”qg-08″
Q8 (0.5 pt):
Pass if page links/pointers to at least one hub/reg (PTR_* or module refs).

### Q9 — AI Boost (Selective) (0–0.5)

text id=”qg-09″
Q9 (0.5 pt, optional):
Pass if (only when relevant) includes:
– a small table OR 2–3 named thresholds OR 1 example block.

---
## 2) Fail Flags (Auto “NO-GO” regardless of score)

text id=”qg-10″
FAIL_FLAGS.NO_GO:
F1: Renamed/changed NodeID/BindID/PlaceID/LaneID/ModuleID
F2: Claims lattice is chemistry/materials or mixes in redox/oxygen lattice meaning
F3: Introduces new collapse modes beyond M1/M2/M3
F4: Adapter/update attempts to overwrite structure (not append-only)
F5: “Fixing” old pages by destructive edits rather than forward versioning

---
## 3) Interpretation

text id=”qg-11″
INTERPRET:
Score 9–10: publish-safe (best for AI Mode extraction)
Score 7–8 : publish-safe (minimal runtime-compatible)
Score 5–6 : publishable but likely weak extraction/clarity (add traces + thresholds)
Score <5 : not runtime-compatible (missing core primitives) Any FAIL_FLAG => NO-GO (must repair before publishing)

---
## 4) Minimal “QualityGate Insert Block” (optional)

text id=”qg-12″
QUALITYGATE.INSERT.MIN:
Before publishing: confirm version anchor, DEFLOCK+fence, ρ/R/TTC thresholds, M1–M3 collapse modes, κ propagation note, and traces.
Never rename IDs; upgrades are forward-only.
