Apple Marina Bay Sands has two approaches. Inside The Shoppes, go to Basement 2 and look for unit #B2-06 at 2 Bayfront Avenue. From the Waterfront Promenade, look for the glass dome and the short bridge leading to the store. Follow the signs for the entrance in use when you arrive.
Use the mall approach if you are already at Bayfront MRT or shopping indoors. Use the waterfront approach if you are out walking and want to see the dome from the promenade before going in. Both approaches lead to the same Apple Store.
- From Bayfront MRT, follow The Shoppes signs and look for #B2-06.
- From the promenade, look for the glass dome and the short approach bridge.
- For pickup or technical support, check your booking for the named branch.
- Allow time outside if you want to see the building against the skyline.

The Basement 2 route from The Shoppes
Follow the signs to The Shoppes from Bayfront MRT and find the directory for Basement 2. Apple and Marina Bay Sands both list the store at #B2-06. If you cannot see the dome from the mall corridor, use the unit number to find the entrance.
The basement connection reaches the store below the waterline. The transition from the enclosed passage to the open dome is part of the design. If you need a lift or want to avoid the escalators, ask store staff how to reach the upper retail area.
If you are collecting something, check that the confirmation says Marina Bay Sands. Apple has other Singapore stores, and an order or support appointment can be tied to a specific branch.
The waterfront bridge approach
From the promenade beside The Shoppes, the glass sphere sits out over the water. A short bridge connects it to the boardwalk. Check the signage before crossing, especially if you arrive before store hours or are visiting during an event.

If you only want a view of the architecture, walk along the public promenade. Move a little along the waterfront to see how the dome appears against the city or the ArtScience Museum. Keep the main walking line clear when you stop for a photo.

What to look for in the glass dome
Apple describes a dome assembled from 114 pieces of glass. From outside, the water and reflection make the building seem to float. From inside, the tall glass gives a broad view of the bay. The two viewpoints make the structure easier to understand.
Look at the narrow vertical members and the shading elements inside. The glass admits light and keeps the view open, while the shading changes how the sunlight feels under the dome. Compare the top of the structure with the edge near the water if you want to see how the form closes.
If you are also visiting ArtScience Museum or Helix Bridge, use the waterfront as your orientation point after leaving. Decide which destination comes next before returning to the basement or walking farther along the promenade.
