Its purpose is to:

AUDIT RESULT

Checked against the current ChronoFlight branch built so far: the stack is coherent and internally aligned.

At the current stage:

  • no new primitive has been introduced
  • ChronoFlight remains an overlay only

CANONICAL MASTER LOCK

ChronoFlight is the universal time overlay for CivOS, not a new standalone ontology.

The non-negotiable master read is:

Entity = Structure × Phase × Time

Where:

  • Structure = lattice placement, lanes, binds, roles, Z-levels
  • Phase = P0–P3 reliability under load
  • Time = route movement across slices

This is the top-level lock.


NON-NEGOTIABLE CORE STATE GRAMMAR

For any entity at time t:

This is the minimum state model for the whole branch.

Locked Meanings

Z = active zoom of stress or observation
P = current phase reliability band
Load = present burden / stress on the corridor
Drift = weakening, mismatch, degradation, or hidden thinning
Repair = correction, regeneration, adaptation, or restoration
Buffer = remaining survivable margin
Transfer = ability to carry a viable state into the next slice
Coupling = how strongly local failure spreads across layers or lanes

Every ChronoFlight page must use the same five route states:

1. Climbing

Repair is widening the corridor.

2. Stable Cruise

The corridor is holding with manageable variation.

3. Drift

Hidden weakening is accumulating.

4. Corrective Turn

Truncation and stitching are active.

5. Descent

Drift is outrunning repair and narrowing the corridor.

These five route states are canonical and locked.


NON-NEGOTIABLE CONTROL LAW

The minimum universal control law is:

Repair + Buffer + Transfer ≥ Drift + Load + Friction

And the minimum hazard form remains:

H(t) = (Drift + Load + Friction) / (Repair + Buffer + Transfer)

This is the branch-wide operational inequality.

It may be calibrated differently by lane, but the logic is fixed.


NON-NEGOTIABLE REPAIR GRAMMAR

Every ChronoFlight application must preserve the same repair sequence:

  1. detect the true failing layer
  2. truncate accelerating failure
  3. preserve core continuity
  4. stitch into a safer path
  5. rebuild transfer
  6. widen corridor

ChronoFlight is an overlay only.

It does not replace:

  • existing OS lanes
  • prior CivOS core laws

It adds the time-axis reading.


Mechanism-First Rule

ChronoFlight must only be used strongly where:

  • a real structure exists
  • continuity matters
  • drift and repair are meaningful

The kernel is:

The active temporal unit being read.

Altitude

Effective phase position / safety height inside the corridor.

Speed

Magnitude of state movement across slices.

ClimbRate

Positive improvement gradient.

DropRate

Negative deterioration gradient.

Direction

Whether the route is climbing, holding, drifting, or descending.

Hazard

Threshold-crossing pressure.

Corridor Width

The survivable operating margin before downgrade or crash.

Crash

Loss of corridor below recoverable threshold without successful restitching.

Present systems that remained flyable long enough to continue, inherit, or recombine.

Different Planes Law

Different countries, institutions, and people are different “planes” with different altitude, speed, payload, corridor width, and handling.

A staged transfer corridor from current state into a high-reliability operating band.
