Vocabulary OS – PSLE 12-Week Program

(Top 100 → P3 Deployment Stability Plan)
Almost-Code + Parent-Runnable Structure

This converts everything you’ve built into a calendar-locked execution cycle.

I. Program Objective

By Week 12:

  • 100 core words
  • ≥ 80% deployment stability under timed writing
  • < 20% drift rate
  • No vocabulary dumping
  • Tone alignment consistent across scene types

Target = P3 stability (not memorisation)

II. Structure Overview

  • Weeks 1–8 → New Word Acquisition (10–12 words/week)
  • Weeks 9–10 → Rotation & Drift Repair
  • Weeks 11–12 → Timed Stress Testing & Transfer

Each week includes:

  • Word Set
  • Scene Type
  • Micro-Scene
  • Timed Composition
  • Review Block

III. Weeks 1–8 (Acquisition Phase)

Week 1 – Apology Core (S1)

Words:
reluctant, ashamed, guilty, apologised, admitted, honest, regretful, uneasy, humble, responsible

Focus:

  • confession mechanics
  • tone alignment

Timed Prompt:
You damaged something important. What happened next?

Benchmark:

  • 8/10 words used naturally

Week 2 – Helping Core (S2)

Words:
compassionate, considerate, grateful, comforted, assured, patient, generous, encouraged, trustworthy, polite

Focus:

  • showing kindness through action
  • avoid moral labelling without proof

Timed Prompt:
You saw someone struggling and decided to help.

Benchmark:

  • no “kind/kindness” repetition
  • 2 sensory details added

Week 3 – Fear Core (S5)

Words:
terrified, hesitant, trembling, crept, suspicious, dimly-lit, echoing, startled, bolted, relieved

Focus:

  • tension build before action
  • sensory domain correctness

Timed Prompt:
You thought something was following you.

Benchmark:

  • no melodrama
  • 3 sensory words used correctly

Week 4 – Competition Core (S3)

Words:
anxious, overwhelmed, determined, persevered, frustrated, confident, persistent, improved, proud, disappointed

Focus:

  • inner state progression
  • growth arc

Timed Prompt:
You almost gave up during a competition.

Benchmark:

  • clear turning point in P3

Week 5 – Conflict Core (S4)

Words:
stubborn, impatient, snapped, argued, resentful, jealous, confronted, apologised, resolved, considerate

Focus:

  • escalation control
  • apology repair step

Timed Prompt:
A misunderstanding caused a serious argument.

Benchmark:

  • no vocabulary dump in P2

Week 6 – Action & Movement Core

Words:
darted, staggered, gripped, lunged, sprinted, collapsed, glanced, stared, yanked, snatched

Focus:

  • movement realism
  • intensity matching

Timed Prompt:
You saw something dangerous happen suddenly.

Benchmark:

  • action verbs not overused

Week 7 – Moral Growth Core (S7)

Words:
reckless, selfish, dishonest, ashamed, confessed, reflected, resolved, humble, responsible, brave

Focus:

  • mistake → repair → lesson

Timed Prompt:
You made a serious mistake and learned from it.

Benchmark:

  • lesson earned, not stated

Week 8 – Sensory Environment Core (S8)

Words:
scorching, drizzling, humid, glistening, musty, dusty, dimly-lit, chaotic, crowded, silent

Focus:

  • domain correctness
  • no cross-sensory misuse

Timed Prompt:
An ordinary day turned unusual because of the weather.

Benchmark:

  • at least 4 sensory words correctly placed

IV. Weeks 9–10 (Rotation & Drift Repair)

Week 9 – Mixed Scene Transfer

Pick:

  • 10 weakest words from Weeks 1–4

Scene:
New prompt combining 2 scene types.

Focus:

  • reduce forced insertion
  • increase speed

Benchmark:
Drift rate ≤ 25%

Week 10 – Timed Pressure Test

Pick:

  • 12 random words from Weeks 1–8

Two timed compositions this week.

Focus:

  • speed stability
  • distribution rule enforcement

Benchmark:
Deployment Rate ≥ 0.75

V. Weeks 11–12 (Stress & Mastery Phase)

Week 11 – Double Scene Test

Composition 1: Apology
Composition 2: Competition

Same word bank must transfer across both.

Focus:

  • flexibility
  • tone switching

Benchmark:
No tone mismatch errors

Week 12 – Final PSLE Simulation

Conditions:

  • 50–60 minutes
  • 100–120 word target usage planned
  • 8–12 target words must appear naturally

After writing:
Score with M/T/C/D sheet.

Target:

  • Average word score ≥ 6/8
  • Deployment Rate ≥ 0.8
  • Drift Rate ≤ 0.15

VI. Maintenance Mode (After Week 12)

Weekly:

  • 5 old words
  • 5 new words
  • 1 timed writing

Monthly:

  • full retest (random 12 words)

Goal:
Vocabulary stays alive.

VII. Common Plateau Point

Usually Week 5–6:

  • students feel overloaded
  • forced insertion rises

Fix:

  • reduce to 6 words
  • increase repetition density
  • do more micro-scenes
